“Exceptional customer service from the moment I walked in, greeted by an employee who escorted me to the VIP Lane for check-in. The entire staff was attentive during my week-long stay and made the stay memorable.

This location hosts a lot of conventions and there was a fun influx of new guests all week to share the evenings with in the Bonvoy Lounge.

The swimming pool was…eh, and there is no hot tub which was disappointing but

“When our car died, we went to Chick-fil-A while we waited for my husband to come jump the vehicle. We ordered one milkshake and asked for a few cherries. My son got one milkshake with an entire bottle of cherries on top and an entire bottle of cherries on the side. It made it what was a bad day, a very memorable and happy day for my 4-year old son! I usually go later in the evening so maybe it’s partly bc there are no crowds but they move things along quickly and the order is always correct. In terms of service, it’s better than 5100 York Rd, better than any I’ve been to in the suburbs“

The food is served with appeal and tastes delicious.This store is located in a shopping center where there is ample parking and other stores nearby.I give this store a rating of 5 as the wait for food (ordered as a walk-in) did not take long. I also noticed those who called in did not have to wait for their orders. Next time I will call-in an order.“

As a kid, my family would travel from NC to MD for church services held at 3100 North Ave. Well, Mike’s was right there and the aroma of the food would always draw us over there to place an order. ? I haven’t been to Baltimore since 2018 and haven’t been to Mike’s in almost 23 years but for the past few months I’ve been craving that oh-so-good Mike’s fish sub! ??? “I was driving by one day and saw this restaurant and decided to give it a try. Keep in mind I don’t eat red meat so I had the turkey burger patty. Now if you eat turkey burgers you know that everyone can’t make them and Bozo Bistro nailed it. Since then I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve actually ate from here. If they stayed open longer and had a sit down area it would be a whole problem in a good way! “There appeared to be only one person on duty at the time. She was extremely slow and appeared to be very distracted by the outside of the building. I approached the counter and began to give my order. The person on duty left the counter and proceeded to get a chair to prop open the doorway.
As I ate my sandwich the person on duty did this again with another customer. It was rather weird.“

“You can almost never go wrong with Chick-fil-A. The only problem with the one in eastpointe is there is nowhere to park or wait for your food or sit in a long line when it's long at the drive-thru they need to move that one to a bigger better location“

“I was thrilled to see a Shake Shack upon entering M&T Stadium. Catching them early is key too!The line was around 15 or so deep and moved pretty quickly. I could tell they had their act together.Orders were taken with efficiency. Two double shack burgers with fries and two chocolate shakes. The total of $65 with tax and tip was a big ouch!The meals pushed out within 10 minutes. Everything hot and tasty. Btw they pre make the shakes and put them in the freezer to move things along.Good experience.“

“I'm unsure why I'm the 1st to review, but I'll do the honors.I absolutely love this place.It saves me at every family event because they love it too !!I always call my order in, show up, and get my yummy goods.I typically get pans of fried chicken when I visit, and lately, I've been loving these individual sweet potato pies that they sell.I love that my orders are ALWAYS ready when I arrive. I only gave 4 starts for atmosphere because I wished the movie playing was in English so that my kids could be entertained while devoured my beautiful delicious meal . “There's another Mcdonalds just a bit further down Reisterstown RD, but I always make the trip up to this location. Their staff is very friendly and quick, and the food is always significantly higher quality than the other locations in the area. It's Mcdonalds so you already know what you're getting into in terms of the menu. This is a very clean location and one of the few I do dine-in at.“

“I really love this McDonald’s in comparison to the other ones in the area. The Moravia road and bel air road locations are awful compared to this one. I come here in the morning often and they are very consistent. They drop fresh hash browns that don’t taste like they’re full of grease and their customer service is loads better. Shoutout to the young man that works in the morning on drive thru, he’s always enthusiastic and happy to do his job. Very nice“

Parking: They have a parking lot that they share with the health building next door but street parking is available I think before 8 a.m. you don't have to pay to park if you're just running into get your food your fine“

“Ok McDonald's......I see you stepping the game up! Visted the 6001 Moravia location today.....09.05.24 at 12pm. The gentleman on the drive thru speaker was amazing, he addressed me by my name and everything, wonderful customer service. Great job young man.....I wish I knew your name. They need about 4 more of you at all of the McDonald's locations, you definitely make a positive difference and it's appreciated. The food is even getting a little better.“

“The line was long but the food is made to order. The Order Taker did not greet us. He didn't tell us the total at the window just stuck his hand out. When we got our food we said thank you and have a nice night. He didn't say a word. Everyone there needs to be retrained on customer service. On a good note the food was great“

“We always order online. Only had a couple of problems but that was with the app not with the store itself. That said whenever we pick up it’s ready to go and the place is really busy. Drive thru line is busy so it’s slow but they try really hard to keep it moving. The food is amazing, my husband is addicted. And every time we do manage to place an order(for a while the app wouldn’t take any cards we tried to use to pay) they have always gotten it right. I am really weird with sauces so that’s impressive. It’s a little more expensive than average burger joint especially if you want sides with your burger, but the burger itself is really good. I go there when I just want a good burger not necessarily a lot of fries or icecream.“

The worker swore me down that he had double counted the burgers and that all 10 were in the bag, and with a slight attitude he closed the widow and walked away... A few minutes later he returned with a mc double but with his energy being the way it was I was not about to give that to my children. But it's thee principle I paid for it so give me what I paid for but (in the trash it went) I'll take the loss!!!!“
