Strangest place I have ever stayed. The rooms were clean, looked like they had just been renovated, but still a little dated. I was in Baltimore for a conference that was being held at the downtown conference center and the hotel was perfectly located to that venue. However, when heading out each morning it looked as if the lobby was half way house. People loitering out front. Strange vibe!
the valet damaged my car and I have yet to receive a call from the company nor has the hotel reached out to me. the owner is out here responding to other reviews on Google but straight up skipped over mine. I'm very close to getting a lawyer involved.
I never leave reviews but after our experience at the lord Baltimore hotel I wanted to warn others not to stay here. This is the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The black mold on the vents in the room and bathroom has 1” of black mold on them. Absolutely a health hazard. Combine that with the broken hvac system in our room that prevented us from sleeping thus impeding our vacation plans. Their response was to fix it in the morning which did not help with our stay.
