The staff is warm, welcoming, and very kind. You leave with not only delicious food but a warm smile because of the genuine hospitality and enthusiasm of the people working there. The only negatives are the size of the store, the lack of a seating area, and its location.

If you are looking for incredible cookies, cakes, pies, or anything baked and you are within a 2 hour drive (I've just stood in line with a couple who drove that far to get here) start heading over you won't be disappointed!“

“What a great find here in hagerstown. The coffee is great and I love that they have any combination you can think of. If you don't like coffee they have other options as well. Every drink i have had has been great. The cookies and deserts are really good way better then those corporate cookie shops. The croffle is a must have and if your there at lunch the beef partty is great too. Once you stop in you will be back for more its that good.“

“It may be a small shop, but it’s full of big flavors with a variety of treat ready. I ordered a custom mango tres leches cake a week in advance. The cake was moist, rich, and perfectly balanced with the fresh mango flavor. You can tell it’s made with care and quality ingredients. The prices are very reasonable. The staff is kind and welcoming, and you can really feel the personal touch that comes from a local bakery. A hidden gem worth supporting. I’ll definitely be back to try more treats!“

“I love any Cinnabon but if I had to rate this one I'd give it a 4 star based on the Cinnabon being a good item but they aren't very friendly. Friendliness goes a long way in any business. Would definitely be 5 stars if they were better. Do not get me wrong, they weren't bad people just didn't feel the welcoming that you'd normally get at other 5 stars and that sometimes is what seperates one 5 star from a 4. Enjoy them either way. “It's a basic Auntie Anne's. The last time I went here they still only accepted cash which bothers me because everything else in the mall takes cards at this point. Regardless, the pretzels are amazing, savory or sweet, and the drinks are delicious. When I'm out with friends and we have cash, we love to stop here and get pretzels and sit on or near the fountain to hang out. I personally prefer the cinnamon pretzels.“
