“I’ve wanted to eat here for years, but I don’t like to wait. Today was my lucky day - I arrived about 9:30 am and was seated with no wait. The atmosphere and food were beyond exceptional. I can’t wait to go back and they take reservations 💖”

“Yesterday was my first time there, myself and a party of five. One member of our party arrived and had the table reserve the wait was 30 minutes, took that long for the rest of us to arrive; when we did we were seated rather fast. The crab bomb stole the show, best any of us ever had. Second runner up the crab soup also the baked potatoe was well portioned and was not dried out. The haddock was fried to perfection, and the cake dessert oh my, I ordered dessert to go, When I later dugged into the lemon pound cake each morsel was delicious, as if it was home made. Over all an excellent dining experience, a little pricey but was worth every single dime, we will return.”

“Kristen was an awesome waitress!!!! She kept a table of five full on soda the food came out super fast. She makes going to the restaurant so awesome. The food was fresh and really good.
The entire staff was really great , the only issue is Brooke the servers assistant was really childish and walking past our table and was being rude giving the evil eye to the table .”

“The whole setting is a Vibe!!!The lighting and the mood is very comfortable. Servers are super friendly ,courteous and attentive.They recommended some things off the menu that were very tasty. The drinks are not water down and very ,very good.Happy Hour is Fire and they have them at different times. The food is well prepared to perfection I had a meduim rare steak and it was outstanding. The Maryland Crab soup is top notch!!!The grilled Asparagus was nicely done.The fried rice was very good.The presentation of the whole meal was exceptional!!😋 I had a to go bag...And even thd bag and containers were nicely done!! “I loved the crabs! I happened to get the Crab Monsters—bigger than jumbo and true to size. They were absolutely huge and delicious. I eat crabs often, and these did not disappoint. The seasoning wasn’t spread evenly at first, but after shaking the bag a bit, it balanced out perfectly—not too salty, which I appreciate. Every single crab was cooked just right—no bad ones in the bunch. I’ll definitely be back for a dozen. They were a lot, but totally worth it!”

“Sadly I went to try out this establishment today and was welcome with flies flying around all the food. Not a good experience when you first walk into the door. Unfortunately because of all the flies that was flying and landing on the food that you service people turned me completely off. Maybe I will try this place again and hopefully next time they won't have flies flying around all the food”

“Updated: Ichiban continues to be our favorite sushi around. They have many other Asian dishes for those not craving sushi, of which they have an extensive variety. I typically prefer the Dynamite and ocean rolls, while sometimes sampling another like the fried rolls they offer as well. Definitely recommend!

Original review: My wife and I have tried many of the local sushi restaurants but Ichiban is our favorite. The sushi masters are always on point with their work and we love all the rolls. 5 stars for sure!”

“They definitely have a good HH! The food and sushi is also very good! We enjoyed their HH apple and cost martini! I loved the volcano sushi, the crunchy tuna rolls, the spider rolls were amazing! I also loved the edamame, the chicken basil lettuce wraps (so yummy)!”

“I’ve been to this restaurant twice and thought the food was delicious both times. The first time I had the MAC pancake, and this time I tried the grilled beef rice plate and the pork banh mi. Everything was delicious, but I think the beef rice plate was my absolute favorite.

I was surprised to see several one star reviews. I’ve had a lot of Vietnamese food in areas with a decent Vietnamese population like San Jose and Hawaii, and I thought the flavors here were pretty spot on with what I’m used to.”

“Love shooting tournaments at Center Pocket. Always a good time, great competitors and love the industrial feel of the place. Only recommendation would be to get the tables refelted and rebumped, and brushed/vacuumed/dampened down, on a regular basis, considering how many tournaments are run here. Today the tables were very dirty, and feel like it affected lots of matches, as several players were saying the same thing. But love the place in general!”

“What can I say about this place. It’s truly a hidden gem in Bowie. I have never been a fan of ramen until Sakura popped up. The prices are so affordable for the excellent quality food you’re getting. The portions are great! The free miso soup is great. The Chicken Karaage is the most tender nuggets of fried chicken I’ve ever had in my life. My BF and I had the Volcano Ramen and the Miso Ramen which were so filling and flavorful. The owner came out and talked to us about his 8+hr broth process and you can definitely taste it. He was so passionate about his food. We love it here and will be here on the regular. Best ramen in Maryland!”

“The food was OK, except you can't serve someone those big chunks of zucchini like that. It's not pleasant. You have to cut them bite size. Zucchini is not the type of vegetables you want big chunks of. Also more variety of vegetables. What happened to snow peas, carrots etc.”

Parking: The store is located in the Bowie Town Center so there is plenty of parking in the rear (parking lot) with limited spaces in the front of the stores.”

The place was not crowded and we were able to find a large table for our big party right away which was nice.

We ordered cheese sticks as appetizers and they were fantastic. They brought out warm bread with olive oil dipping sauce and it was great too.

The server we had hates her job. I understand good help is hard to find but she was awful. Rolled her eyes at us and not attentive at all.

The food was great. We got quite a variety and I recommend the fettuccine. The cream sauce was so good.
The salad was big and full of lots of veggies and the pizza had a great crust.

If you find yourself in Bowie and hungry I suggest you stop by.”

“Went here for me and my girlfriend's anniversary and the food was absolutely incredible!!!! The Rasta Pasta was the best pasta I'd ever eaten in my life. However, I was inclined to take the time out today to share my experiences as I have been pleased each time that I go to this location through the week. I wanted to express that this Cava has a great friendly staff that is always efficient in their processes, they appear to have great team chemistry, very welcoming and prepared for each customer upon arrival, and all the ingredients are always fresh and presentable. I go to their store easily 3 times a week for a nice quality fulfilling meal. Inside the store is also presentable and very suitable to dine-in, cleanliness is maintained, and bathrooms when I use are also well kept. Overall, I just want to express my appreciation for their service and to keep up the great work. As for food options I usually make a custom bowl with a lot of ingredients so not a standard menu option on the menu.

Kid-friendliness: Certainly a kid-friendly environment in general the area and within the store. Particularly based on the nice staff and presentable facility along with the bathroom that would be key for someone bringing kids to dine-in. However, I do want to note that it may be limited seating.”

“I love mezeh. I was en route to Annapolis and stopped by the towne center to eat at another spot. As soon as I saw Mezeh I changed my plans. This location did not disappoint. Food was great and was consistent with other locations I been too. If I’m in the area again, I will definitely stop by!”

“We travel to this area frequently and my children love the food at Panda Express anywhere we go. Although the food and service is always good, I want to especially brag on the service this evening. The restaurant made a mistake on my order that I didn’t realize until I was already back at my hotel room. When I called them, they immediately offered to fix the mistake by delivering the missed item to me and were at my hotel within 10 minutes which was AWESOME! Not only did they deliver the missed item but, an additional meal for my inconvenience. Would definitely recommend this location for the service alone.”

“Love this place! Had read about it on Bowie Next Door and had driven by many times. It's right outside the gas station at SW corner of 3 & 450. I had a carnitas quesadilla, and my husband had a Carne Asada burrito. Both excellent! Most items are $14 (burritos, quesadillas, tortas, 4 tacos), with $18 for a few specialty fillings (birria, barbacoa, lengua). Very tasty, with wonderful salsas, Pico de Gallo and fresh cucumber and radish. They were pleasant, and it was not a long wait. They have three picnic tables with a covering. Look forward to trying them again.”

“Nice ice cream shop. They have some great flavors in here and the temperature the ice cream is served is nice. Mix in toppings is their classic touch which allows for customization. They also have some pre created sundaes some of which are really incredible. Line can get long on a hot day, but the folks there work hard to accomadate everyone.

No wiggle room in the booths at all. We were a party of four and I had to eat with my purse squashed uncomfortably between my lap and the tabletop.

Parking: There is a parking lot but spaces are tight as are the aisles. Be very mindful of not dinging the car next to you and try to back in so you can pull safely out when leaving.

Kid-friendliness: I would not bring my children here. The tightness of quarters is a very real safety concern for me.”
