“D&G Caribbean Grill has been one of my favorite spots since they opened in Bowie. Their food is always delicious and most of all consistent, which is why I keep going back. My top picks are the curry chicken, brown stew chicken, jerk chicken meals. I'll sometimes pop in when I crave the jerk chicken patty! They never miss!
I’ve also used them for catering a few times, most recently on my birthday this year, and it’s always a hit. The portions are generous, the prices are reasonable, and the food tastes just as good as when you eat in. Most importantly, the customer service is A1 every time I go, and I really like that the owner will sometimes come out and greet you...it feels so personal and welcoming!
Their juices are so good too. The pineapple ginger is my favorite! Plus, they’ve got a daily happy hour with good drinks and karaoke night on Fridays, which makes it a nice fun vibe. My family goes several times a month, and I’m just glad to have D&G close by with great food and healthy options.

“I was a little skeptical when walking in as the restaurants decor was very dated. We were pleasantly surprised that the food, drinks, and service we outstanding. We had an excellent waitress named Theresa. We will be going back so we can taste the other dishes on the menu!“

“Odie’s is a great local bar to hang out and soak up the atmosphere with good people. When you go, say a special hi to both Jamie and Ryan. They are always top notch on service and can make just about anything you’d want. I love coming here to watch sporting events, especially Football bc the screens are plentiful, clear and large in diameter. The best part is the food, which is amazing. My personal go to are the spicy peach wings. I think I’ve had them at least once for the past six weeks. I’d love to upload a pic of them, but I had a hard enough time to find this review section lol Check it out. You won’t be disappointed.“

“Mannnnnn!! This place was ?, it's a hidden gem. We stumbled upon it last Thursday and they had a live band. Wow, she covered Erykah Badu and I've never in my life heard anyone cover Badu, it was fantastic!! The owner and staff was great and the food was delicious. No,it's not a restaurant but they had a pop up chef selling Dinners...amazing food! Now let's talk about the drinks....the bartender was enjoyable, kind and she understood what I needed!!! We had an incredible time and will be going back Thursday...don't let the appearance fool you, very quaint with good energy!!“
“I always have a good time when I go to Baystreet. I love the bartenders TG and Erica...and DJ Jealousy is the man! And of course Yani's smiling face when you get your wristband. Security is always cool too. Overall, nice, chill spot, no trouble, just grown folks having fun.“
“This was easy when staying at the Crown, nice atmosphere with happy hour until 6pm. Service is great and food is good for a small menu but great choices. I had grilled chicken thighs on rice with a side salad and it was very tasty. I’m back again but just with chicken Caesar salad, good beer and drink choices too.“

“June 26, 2024, makes my second time ordering wings/fries and a drink from The Corner Lounge, I am glad I found this place. One day soon I am going to dine-in because the atmosphere appears friendly and welcoming.“
“Cozy place to hang out, they have good music, best time to come are Fridays. Their drinks are really good and strong, ask for Sunny or Annie to make your drinks. I call this a hole in the wall bar but descent. My husband and I like it. Just for the record, they don't serve food, there is a Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant right next to the building and once in a while there is a lady that sells Caribbean dish to the patrons (she brings the food and sell it) really good too :)“

“A cool place to hang out and eat some delicious Tacos (the birria is my favorite) and drink some really great drinks (I love the margarita!). With the new tables that are lower, this place is even more accessible for everyone. Five stars!“

“The whole setting is a Vibe!!!The lighting and the mood is very comfortable. Servers are super friendly ,courteous and attentive.They recommended some things off the menu that were very tasty. The drinks are not water down and very ,very good.Happy Hour is Fire and they have them at different times. The food is well prepared to perfection I had a meduim rare steak and it was outstanding. The Maryland Crab soup is top notch!!!The grilled Asparagus was nicely done.The fried rice was very good.The presentation of the whole meal was exceptional!!😋 I had a to go bag...And even thd bag and containers were nicely done!!
