“I really like this Panda Express. They always have top-knotch customer service and greet you as soon as you walk into the door. You can tell that high-quality customer service is a high priority for their team. The food is usually fresh and tastes good. I like usually get the walnut shrimp and orange chicken with half fried rice, half lomein. Or, lately, the spicy steak with white rice. I typically go here because I get my haircut at the salon suites right next to it.

The only drawback is that the men's bathroom is missing a stall and only has one toilet. In the past the bathroom was kind of dirty but it was very clean and smelled really good the most recent time that I visited.“

“This place is so fun if you love a variety of Asian foods, and this evening I happened to walk in on a fantastic live jazz band playing by the bar. Last time, we had Korean tacos and tempura, this time I’m having croffles, miso soup, and spaghetti. (I know it’s weird but it’s all so delicious)“

“We ordered food 3weeks ago as this is our definite go to place for Chinese food. Best carryout cuisine that we’ve ever found in the DMV. The customer service is great! The food is delicious! We’ve been coming here for many years so they know our orders to a T. The vegetable egg foo young, beef egg foo young(the gravy is made fresh daily and is very tasty), General Tso chicken, beef and broccoli, chicken/beef with mixed vegetables, wings and fries, steak and cheese have all been good. “The manager at this branch, Marley is a selfless big hearted generous man I would be happy to eat here again.Thanks brotherI was having a diabetic hypo (sugar low) my wife went to all the other restaurants in the exchange food court none of them would help my wife. She went to panda express last and told the manager my husband is diabetic . he gave her a bottle of orange juice. And told her to give it to me. His shop had not opened yet but he still gave her the juice. Where the other food places told her no we r not open. When i recovered i went to panda ex to eat food and stablise my sugar. The manage then asked me was i ok now. And he refused to take money for the orange juice. Wow what a man. I can see why he is the manager.“

“Our food was delicious and fresh! The cooks took their time and did not rush to get the order out quickly. I ordered Shrimp and mixed vegetables and my husband had the Salt and Pepper Shrimp. Both were cooked exactly how we like it! The meals reminded us of Chinese food in our home town NYC! We will definitely be coming back!“

“Love this place. My family and I go there about twice a month. The food is fresh and the place is clean. Plenty of things to choose from. The ribs are surprisingly good also. Definitely the best buffet I've ever been to.“

The service is efficient, fast and served hot even if you ordered by telephone, online, or in- person. I’ve been coming here for over ten years and Mae(sp) has been a constant staple here and helps to prepare your order. Perhaps this helps with the consistency of their product.

The atmosphere lacks welcoming. Although clean, there are no inviting pictures or artifacts anywhere. The only pictures are of what seemingly look like faded black/white representations of some of the dishes they serve. This would look so much better colorized. There are no tables anywhere to either sit down at or to acquire menus, condiments, or napkins. You have to ask for these through the plexiglass barrier. Five chairs are aligned against the window/wall for seating while you wait. The only other items within are bubble gum machines and a fan. So, although this atmosphere is not conducive to hanging around, the food more than makes up for everything else it lacks.“

“Had a taste for chicken wings. It was good and crispy. The teller was nice but he was so into his phone that he was sitting behind the counter on the phone. I couldn't see him and he couldn't see the people come in. The other worker told him we were waiting and that's when we saw he was right there and when he came in view he had to get off the phone. “Very fresh ingredients and home cook taste. My mom taught me how to cook Chinese food Hong Kong style and the chefs here are just as good. They always use fresh veggies and meats. I am always happy with everything I order here.
My FAVORITE:
1. Hot and Sour soup; it is a vegetarian style hot and sour soup with clean ingredients made to order. Each soup is freshly made not like some other places when they have a big pot of day old hot and sour who knows what's in it type.
2. The Singapore style Mai Fun with shrimp and chicken is also very good even though a little moist for my tastes but the fresh ingredients wins my tummy over.
3. French fries- it is greasy and crunchy as French fries should be.

“I have never been disappointed with their food. I usually get shrimp and broccoli, chicken wings with mambo sauce or general tso chicken. The food is ready in 15 to 20 minutes and is hot and fresh.

The service is straight to the point and efficient. The establishment is always clean and free of any pests. I will continue to go there. It is my local spot for a quick bite to eat.“
