“The fam and I went to Prime Street to celebrate my mother-in-law’s birthday. Our experience tonight was so amazing…I wanted to get on here to give Prime Street their flowers. My wife and I have been to Prime Street multiple times and they never failed the assignment. Tonight, we had the crab dip and the calamari for apps…Delicious! For entrees, I wanted to try something different because I normally get the Ribeye, so I got the lamb chops with the Brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes and my wife got the Ribeye with broccolini and mashed potatoes…everything was 10/10! The lamb chops were seasoned well and you get 8, which is unheard of. The Brussels sprouts were flavorful especially with the bacon and the mashed potatoes had amazing flavor. My wife enjoyed her Ribeye, which is always good every time we get it. Even my brother-in-law, who’s not easily impressed was blown away by the burger and I let him try my lamb chops.

I normally don’t leave good reviews (which I need to start doing because it’s some good food spots out here and the people need to know), but I just felt compelled to write this review. I highly recommend Prime Street. Yes it’s all the way in White Plains, but it’s worth the flight.“

“Really good chicken sandwich! A lot like a Philly, but with chicken. Very moist, and had green peppers, onions, tomato, lettuce....but this was a sandwich where the flavor of the chicken stood out. It was really good! They had two sauces, a white sauce and green. The green was guacamole, but the white, I'm not sure...but it was good as well! I also had a flan....great!. The price was reasonable, flavors were great, and the juiciness was perfect. Oh, the bread was good too! Not soggy, and not hard.“

“My waitress Ms. Zafirah was great! She was friendly, courteous and helpful. My good however was a problem. I’m 37 weeks prego. I ordered the trifecta with a pancake. Had to send it back 3 times in order to get hot food. Was not happy about the kitchen service but my waitress was nice.“

“I almost didn’t walk into Hunan Taste. When I saw pho on the menu, I hesitated. I know pho. I’ve had it done right, and when a Chinese place throws it on the menu, it usually means they’re trying to be everything to everyone.

But I’m glad I went in.

I ordered what I always judge a place by — roast pork and lo mein. If you can’t get that right, nothing else matters. The roast pork was legit. Flavorful, not dried out, not that bland filler meat some of these pop-up spots use. Mix it with the lo mein? That’s a winning combination every time.

Then came the egg roll. Not a spring roll. A real egg roll. Thick wrapper, crispy, hearty filling.

But what sealed it for me was the mustard. Homemade Chinese mustard — the real deal, the kind that clears your sinuses and lets you know someone back there cares.

If you’re in Springfield and you want solid Chinese food, this is a good spot. I’ll be back.“

The only issue that I found was that the wait staff sends some training, especially the girl at the front door on Saturday, March 5th. Front Door staff should know how to greet customers. I found her very off- putting. It is a shame because her attitude is a negative for your business. Someone needs to take a few minutes to train her. 4 Stars“

A special thank you to KK for her amazing service. She went above and beyond, and she even encouraged my son to eat broccoli for the first time! He’s a very picky eater, so that was a huge win for us. Her kindness and patience made our visit extra special.

She responded to all my emails and calls promptly and confirmed that the order would be delivered on time for our group dinner. She arrived right at 6:30pm with a delicious hot meal just as we asked. As a special surprise, she put together 2 really tasty trays of desserts and a large pan of garlic knots...and this was unexpected but offered by her. That's the type of service Mina delivers...on time, hot, with a smile and a genuinely friendly heart. “First impression of Ruby's kitchen is that the coco bread was that it was slightly underdone but it had a nice sweet Tang to it it was light it was delightful I wish the presentation wasn't flattened when it was served but overall very tasty

Beef patty was good flaky crust meat stuffing was okay needed more spice to it just to poke out a little bit more to the overwhelming flaky crust I feel like the beef patty is so close to being Perfection but it's shy

Curry chicken patty again good flaky crust to me it was a little undercooked presentation wise could use a little bit more pizzazz but the flavor of the curry chicken is divine the flavors are in depth rich and complex

Jerk chicken was my favorite the complexities of the jerk seasoning was titillating on my pallet I had to go back for a second bite just to understand what was going on fully with the spices the crust again is surprisingly flaky and tantalizing on the palate The Filling really accentuates I really recommend the jerk chicken one out of all of the three

Overall Ruby's Kitchen was an inexpensive Delight that I would go to and try more things to I was very very surprised and I look forward to trying them further“
