“A&W in the US is always my favorite fast food stop on the drive home—you can't beat a frosty mug of root beer, crisp onion rings, and a classic bacon cheeseburger for pure comfort food.
The only reason it’s 4 stars instead of 5 is that it doesn't quite match A&W Canada. If you’ve ever had A&W up north, the ingredient quality (grass-fed beef, real cheddar) and their legendary Teen Burger put it in a league of its own.
Still a great, nostalgic go-to stop in the States, but Canada sets a super high bar!“

“I ordered a very large order for a company event from this Potbelly, and they are just AMAZING! Mage, the manager, was so awesome during the entire process. She was communicative, gave me updates and details when needed, and walked me through the entire process. She had no problem with such a large order (85 sandwiches) and had her wonderful staff get it all together! I spoke with a gentleman on the phone day of the event to make sure all was good to go, and he was also great. Their delivery service drivers were also exceptional.

“I ordered the gyro roast beef to try this time, it takes a lot for me to change my order from a regular or double roast beef, but it looked good. However, I didn't get a gyro resemblant of the photo or any gyro I've ever had. Further looking online, and it also doesn't even look the same as photos of real life people's who also got one. It came with only the gyro sauce, no fixings, and instead of flat bread it was on a sub style bun. I looked at the info in app too and it shlaid it comes with lettuce, tomato, gyro sauce, and a couple other things, and the pic showed it clearly on flatbread/pita bread/naan. The fries were ice cold. I was there and watched then fill the fries so even if I ate my sandwich first, there should have been some warmth, there was none. I have eaten here one other time with my husband and the food was great. No issues. And could I have gone in and complained? Sure, but i was starving because it was lunch time and I hadn't eaten anything for the day yet by the time I got there around 1pm. So it was a big let down of an experience. If I ordered it again id check it looked right instead of leaving and going elsewhere to eat it.“

“I stupidly placed my pick up order for inside instead of drive thru or curbside pick up when I had my kids with me. I went inside to get my order with my young girls and the manager (I’m assuming she was the manager, I didn’t get a chance to read her name tag) graciously offered to help me carry my food to my car, reassuring me that it was no problem at all. I felt so bad. Great customer service here!!“

“I visit usually once per week. Staff is always very friendly and presentable. Food is very consistent, one of the better fast food choices in SOMD for sure. Occasionally they're quick to change the breakfast menu when there are a lot of vehicles in line (some wanting breakfast!), other than that, the service is usually very good.

Mobile-thru is a joke. You can roll up and place an order in one second because… everybody on earth uses the app in 2026. Open both lanes to mobile orders so we don’t have to spend 17 minutes waiting in line.“

“I don't write reviews often. But today Taco Bell did something right and I feel the public deserves to know.
I walked in a broken man with a simple dream. The dream was tacos. Three of them, Doritos shell variety, part of the combo, accompanied by a Beefy Burrito that I ordered with one very specific and non-negotiable modification: no sour cream.
Now let me be clear about the sour cream. I don't want to get into it. All I will say is that it is a cold, wet, flavorless menace that has ruined more meals than I care to count, and whoever decided it belonged inside a burrito made a choice I will never forgive or understand. I asked them to remove it. I asked politely. I want that noted.
They removed it.
This alone would have been enough. But the tacos were also excellent. Crunchy. Seasoned correctly. Structurally sound, which anyone who has eaten a Doritos taco knows is not guaranteed. The shell held. I held. We held together.
The place was clean. The floors were clean. The tables were clean. I have been to Taco Bell locations that looked like the aftermath of a medieval siege and this was not one of them. Someone here takes pride in their work and I respect them deeply as a human being.
Everything I ordered was exactly what I asked for and tasted exactly like I needed it to.
In these trying times, that is enough. That is more than enough.“

“Every single time I order burgers here and ask for extra pickles. I am usually given no pickles. When I used to deliver food and I had to pick up an order I was laughed at by the staff are almost slipping in their lobby after they had mopped. Just go to checkers.“

On May 7, I ordered our sandwiches from California while on vacation for a member to pick up in Maryland. The Subway app converted my 6:30 PM pick up in Maryland to 9:30 PM! When a member came to pick up the sandwiches they, of course, we're not ready. So he just ordered sandwiches and paid for them himself.
I contacted the store manager, Ms Collins. She was kind enough to give me credit for our next order. I emailed her my order of May 7.
