I have been eating at this restaurant for around 30 years. The owners are wonderful, the food is wonderful. My whole family gets their Italian food, and they make my favorite cheesesteak. Small dining area, we usually take out and eat near the river.“

“We had the best experience for my daughter’s Birthday Jan. 8th! Lynn our server was excellent from start to finish. She made sure everything was good and checked on us periodically. She brought my daughter and son celebration balloon hats, birthday candle, ice cream and sang with a drum!!! It was a wonderful memory my family and I will cherish. Our food was fantastic! My daughter and I ordered sushi 🍣. My son ordered salmon teriyaki and my husband ordered the salmon hibachi. Everything was fresh and had great flavors. Amazing hibachi noodles, wished we lived closer. We will definitely be visiting again when we’re staying at the great wolf lodge.“

“The Vineyard is a neighbor of ours. We have had customers come in and tell us how amazing the vineyard is. We decided to give them a try. WOW!!!! We were a party of 6. We ate 6 different dishes and every bite was mind blowing. The panko chicken was amazing, the spring salad with shrimp was the tastiest salad I’ve had in a long while. Needless to say, we will be back with family and friends. My son from California that was visiting HdG said their steak sandwich (lunch menu) was the best sandwich he’s ever had. This coming from a true Californian who eats everything under the sun. Great job Chef Ron. It was a true pleasure chatting with you. Keep up the amazing job. Oh and the staff??? We will be visiting the restaurant again for my husband's birthday. He loved the food so much he selected it for a family celebration. “My daughter and I had a great lunch here today. I got the crab melt which was sooooo delicious. I’ve noticed in recent years that crab dishes are really iffy to order out because so many places aren’t using the good stuff. This one did not disappoint. The tomato, bacon and cheese really complemented the crab too, perfect proportions of everything. It was a good sized portion - I took half of it home. My daughter really enjoyed her salad too.

What really made the lunch special was our server Alex. He made us feel really welcomed. He was so friendly and outgoing with a great sense of humor. I will definitely ask for him when I go back! Staff like him make a huge difference in the dining experience. Thank you Alex!“

“We visited here for the first time to place an to go order. I was greeted by the hostess who politely directed me to the counter on my left to place my order. The gentleman behind the counter was focused on putting his Lego toy together. He acted as if I was interrupting him. After he took my order, he went right back to working on his toy. After about 15 minutes, we got our order. The food was delicious and I'll return, but I would suggest that, that particular employee behave a little more professional and polite in the future.“

Try the salmon but and crab cake, some of the best seafood you will ever have. We came in Saturday and Sunday this weekend and it is packed. “We ordered from Chesapeake Grill for the first time through DoorDash because we’re new to the area. Their open face turkey sandwich is absolutely delicious! The turkey was freshly sliced, the gravy was amazing, and it was like I was eating at an amazing diner that we Locals love!

My son got chicken Alfredo and he ate every last bit of it. The cheesecake was so delicious! We will definitely be back again!“

“We moved to the area about six months ago, and a friend recommended this place to us. We’ve loved it ever since. Every time we go to Golden Wall for takeout, Ke and his wife are always so friendly and welcoming. The food is consistently delicious.

We especially recommend the Chicken with Garlic Sauce — it’s always amazing! The head chef is Ke’s father, and you can really tell he takes pride in the quality of the food. We truly appreciate the care they put into every dish. Highly recommend!“

But these guys had plenty of tasty offerings, including rockfish stuffed with a real Maryland crabcake, & it was incredible, & worth it! Even their house fries were unique & delicious!
