“i respect the workers and managers and would even say they are honorable of the chain and clean but come on theres no way im not being trolled at this point (maybe for using codes or something) this not no ft cookie and i argued this before. (they made a bit more) Not tryna hear the oven made it shrink this time cause cookies expand in heat. Its barely an inch off so what this cookie 5$ man😂 but otherwise they are quick and will fix issues if you come to them with any“

“This is the best subway that I have ever been to. I’ve been going here for years and every single time it is fresh and the ladies who run the subway are amazing. I go to many different subways and they do not compare to this one. The meats are cut fresh the bread is fresh. The cookies are fresh and they are very friendly highly recommend.“

The restaurant is clean and spaced out for safe dining and ordering. “Ali is an absolute ray of sunshine. I walked into subway after one of the hardest days of the school year, and all i really wanted was a nice turkey and cheese. He proceeded to take my order, asking me how my day was, and cracking light hearted jokes. By the time i got to the register, my day had gotten so much better. I even offered to pick up my baby daddys kids, and pick up a 7am-11 shift at work (thats how good it got). The bread was nice and fresh, lettuce crunchy, and turkey AMAZING (He even put the right amount of mayo). Usually when i see the money drain from my account, i feel sorrow and loss. But this time, seeing -7.99 from subway in owings mills get taken from my account, made me smile.“

“There appeared to be only one person on duty at the time. She was extremely slow and appeared to be very distracted by the outside of the building. I approached the counter and began to give my order. The person on duty left the counter and proceeded to get a chair to prop open the doorway.
As I ate my sandwich the person on duty did this again with another customer. It was rather weird.“

“I give this place a 4 star the chicken was very good however I don’t think it is some of the best around like some people said.Also the fries are unsalted along with the mozzarella sticks that are not that good. However their staff is very kind so it gets a 4 star rating.“

“We pulled up 3 minutes after the establishment closed, but we saw the open light on from the road. The gentleman who opened the door to tell us kindly they were closed. As we walked away he opened the door and said to us come in and we will take care of you. We were returning off of a long commute from VA and everything was pretty much closed to grab a bite to eat. Our first time ever at a Firehouse establishment and the customer service was excellent. Thank you 💗“
