“Serving the neighborhood since 1964!!! Step in don’t judge a book by the cover the lady’s are attentive and make sure to get you situated in a timely and friendly fashion. Amazing home style food for the best price on a budget … it’s outlandish why they aren’t charging more .. I’m from out of state but I tell you what they have received a star on my map for a place to go for food and service better than some fine dining locations in Washington. “In our household we care for very young and old. So food preparation and cleanliness are extremely important. Where we eat and what we bring home are something we are consciously concerned about. We have gone to this location twice now, and both experiences were so special I felt compelled to write something. First off, Kevin, a rather tall host is a special person. Even with a busy crowd, he took the time to go the extra mile, ensuring we had the extra energy to preparing our seating to accommodate our needs. He did it with such delight, it's rare to see someone help with their heart and not just because they have too. Due to a few special needs, food preparation is key. Cheers to the chefs, some folks we did not meet, but big thanks to Charles, our waiter. He ensured everything was correct, THE FIRST TIME! We do not get to eat out that often, for a variety of reasons, but this location made us feel special and welcoming and most important, gave us that sense we could trust them to care for us. Again, big props to management for hiring people like Kevin and Charles, and creating an atmosphere that you want to return too, even if you have a family with many different types of needs.“

“The Chai is my latest obsession! Stopped in while visiting the White House and was blown away. The food was freshly prepared, hot and tasty. Service was fast and friendly. I would definitely frequent this eatery if I lived locally. For now, I am ordering their Chai online.“

“I love this place so much! It’s a korean couple running the whole place and you cannot get food this cheap and good anywhere else.

The sausages and eggs in the breakfast platter were delicious. Seafood box had such a big portion for the price and the scallops imitation crab and butterfly shrimp were yummy! The scallops in the seafood box were especially meaty and fleshy.

The food was also not overly greasy at all and you can see that most things are cooked fresh and on the spot. The door has bars so it looks like they are closed but they arent. Cash only!!“

“I'm so glad this eggspectation opened in Burtonsville, it's a much needed staple for the growing development. The service was great. Our waitress was knowledgeable and fun to interact with. She also gave us some tips on what to order to save a little bit of money. I'm still thinking of those pancakes and can't wait to go back home to take a family member to brunch for those pancakes. We were able to walk in without a reservation and there was a 10 minute wait on a Sunday afternoon. I would recommend everyone try this location.“

“Had breakfast at White Corner Restaurant this morning and their pancakes were fluffy and huge. The coffee was hot and they kept refilling it without me having to ask. My eggs came out exactly how I ordered them and the hash browns were crispy on the outside. Good spot for a weekend breakfast, wasn't too crowded either.“
