“On 12 Dec, I visited the IHOP O'Donnell drive in forestville Maryland, this was the first time that I have experienced such poor service. I placed my order with the waitress Joybeth: a brown crispy waffle with the butter melted on the side, a Salisbury steak with onions and mushrooms in gravy and a cup of featured cocoa. I asked that my food and drink be bored out all at the same time. That did not happen... I first received a waffle that was not full and wasn't completed with butter cold on top, then I had to wait another 10 minutes for the Salisbury steak. So by the time my food came the waffle was cold I sent it back. When I finally got all my food I still had not received my beverage. I watched this young lady go to other tables... one guy asked for butter and he got it just like that. Another one asked for napkins, they got the napkins just like that, so I'm still waiting on my cocoa to go with my food. By the time I started eating the steak was cold. I left a dollar tip. Worst service I ever had in my years going to IHOP”

“I don't know what the policy pertains to but I went here at 11:20 waited knocked on the window didn't get help at all went to the drive threw and got told I could not order from manager cause I didn't have a car that makes no sense I would think that if a restaurant wants to make money they would be able to take the order I would want. So I think regional manager needs to speak to manager on shift and tell that is lost of money. The manager told me it was cause of safety issues that she couldn't take the order horrible service didn't even get a smile and couldn't order due to this. Please fix this issue upper management. So I ended up going to your competition and they where able to take my order at 11:35pm”

“Our waiter, Caleb, was attentive and knowledgeable. The food was delicious and the dishes were interesting and unique. We were a party of 7, sat outside and really enjoyed ourselves. The pacing of all the dishes coming out was perfect. The only downside was that there was a man with a really large dog seated right next to us and the dog barked and whined (so loudly we could not hear each other) and it smacked into our chairs repeatedly. Once the man left things improved and we had a great experience.”

I had two drinks. The first one was “Summers, Horses, Dreams”, love this one, it is a twisted from lychee martini, adding green cardamom which is insane delicious. However, I think the drink need to be colder.

Second drink was “Little Hats and Fast Trains”, highball style with Mazapan foam, I believe this is a type of peanut candy, and tamarind flavor. The foam was tasty but the tamarind was tart for me.

The staff was really helpful and nice. The atmosphere and the vibe was okay, good for dating or go with your friend.”

“I enjoyed the green zone, it had me flying high. Flying high when I tried their coffee drink. There was so much in it I don’t even know what to call it, but look at the picture, it looks delicious. I payed a pretty penny for it too, but pennies I got. This place cost a lot of green so bring your wallet, credit card too. Have fun, it’s good (at least their coffee drink is).”
