A drive through lane dedicated to picking up mobile orders. Also great for delivery drivers. I talked to one of the employee to explain to her about the dilemma and she was nice and explained to me how busy they can get. The manager (Tina) comes up and I explain to her about it and she was very nice, calm, and understanding about the situation. Made another burger and got my small fries.“
