“As a Damascus resident I've gone here on and off since it has open as sometimes I get bored of Starbucks. And don't get me wrong the place is pretty good but today my experience was interesting to say the least. I got my favorite drink the cake batter latte and something was off. I don't know if it was just the Syrup or something because a lot of reviews of the drink say this. But I kid you not that this drink tasted like rum. And don't get me wrong I don't mind a causal drink but not when it's 8:30 am. But all jokes aside just to much syrup and it did take about 15 minutes for the drink and a bacon egg and cheese. But still better then every Dunkin I been to anywhere else“

“I'm a Dunkin' fan. I love their coffee. The service at this store is good. The turnover is high, but I've never had a bad experience. The staff is polite and friendly. The few times there's been a mistake on my order they've addressed it right away and made good on it.“

“Was vacationing in the area since March 26th until today. The staff here is outgoing and friendly and patient. I had never been to a Dunkin donuts establishment in my life due to the fact Nova Scotia doesn't have any. Had the Cocoa Mocha latte hot with 2 extra shots of espresso. I tried their hashbrowns as well and both were soo tasty and hot and fresh. The staff I dealt with almost daily were amazing. One day they were completely slammed in drive through and I wasn't in a rush soo I told the counter staff to get caught up and I could wait. Which I did patiently and respectfully. The crew deserves raises and to be treated by customers with the uttermost respect. To the crew thank you soo much for making a small city canadian not feel like such a country bumpkin. Tha k you for the amazing service.“

“Nimmi is the absolute best!!! She is always very personable and friendly. She's the reason that I keep coming back time and time again. I drive with my dog and she says hi to him, just so sweet. :)I go here weekly and it is the best location! The staff are fantastic and friendly. I LOVE that they are fast and efficient! If I am short on time before work, I never worry the line will take too long. The line could be 6+ cars and I still don't worry - where most places I wouldn't even wait. They get my coffee right every single time. I stopped going to Starbucks because this location is a better experience.“

“Still enjoy the Bacon, egg, and cheese croissant and the coffee. But, very disappointed in what they call the Apple Fritter. Nothing like it used to be. It was just a little apple filling on a sweet bun. Used to be one of my favorites there. Don't waste your money on the new one.“

“I use the mobile app weekly and they always get my order right. Don't understand the poor reviews other than people don't know that the best time to get donuts is early morning when they are well stocked. They also must not know that you are suppose to eat them right away and not save them for a rainy day. I think people just like to complain and have no patience. They have always been nice to us. Maybe because we are kind and compliment their hard work. We sit in and eat. We watch the interaction between customers and the employees. 9/10 the customers are the ones being rude. Great place to sit and eat before having to go into work.“

“Awesome location. Very clean, lots of natural light, very friendly and professional staff. I'd never been to a Dunkin' Donuts before and this was an awesome intro. I ordered the breakfast sandwich after a very helpful recommendation from my cashier and it was delicious! Unfortunately the sandwich came with bacon after I had ordered it with sausage but my new friend didn't even hesitate, just checked the monitor to make sure he's input my order correctly (he had) and said, without skipping a beat, "I'm sorry, we'll make you a new one." I asked if I could come back in a few hours, when I'm hungry again, and even though he won't be here when I return, he set it up with his coworker, who in her own right was extremely apologetic about misreading the monitor. Lovely people, lovely store, I think I'll be a regular (especially since, when I asked the cashier when he got off, he said in about an hour, which means he was at the very end of an undoubtedly king and busy shift). Anyway, I think I'm a new regular! Sourdough breakfast sandwich is the bomb!“

“Stopped by today using your drive thru at 5pm and the girl that served us was so friendly and kind. Thank you so much for welcoming us and thanking us for coming. So refreshing these days. Not sure if this is her name but it was on the receipt...Waleed A. Coffee, Coolatta and donuts were great!“

“It's 6 am and the line at the drive-thru is cranking. At least 10 cars in line.I headed inside to get some donuts and coffee for the wonderful people in the medical office I am going to.Place is clean, organized and ready for business. Took them a little to get to me, but that is okay, gives me time to review the selection of donuts to add to my box. Today's order is a dozen donuts and a large iced coffee. Overall, in and out in under 7 minutes.Coffee here is still the reasonable priced and the best tasting in my opinion. Donuts are always fresh and delicious.My only issue with this location is the parking lot. Painted arrows tell you which lanes go in what direction, but not everyone follows that. So have your head on a swivel.Enjoy!Parking: Be careful driving up and down the lanes of the parking lot. People fly across the spaces to get to drive-thru lane so pay attention.“
