“I went here last night and online it says they are open until 9:30. I get there and park and it says 9:01, so I figure I have plenty of time. However, I realized they actually closed at 9 so I went to turn around and figure something else out. That’s when I see the familiar gentleman inside waving me in as he recognized me to come and order. He gets out what I normally order and even turns back on the oven to toast my sandwich for me (twice because he knows my order.) This subway is doing something right with these people. Really friendly people and the food was great.I stopped going to Subways about 3 years ago because I encountered 3 or 4 Subways whose employees were super rude. “I ordered from the Jersey Mike's on Honeygo Boulevard the last couple of days. Yesterday, I had an issue with my sandwich, so today I ordered again and called the store to let them know I hadn't received something I had paid extra for.
The store manager, Becca, was fantastic. Her customer service over the phone was top-tier. As a store manager myself, I know how important it is to go above and beyond to make customers happy, and she absolutely did that.

Not only did Becca make my sandwich exactly the way I wanted it, but it was also delicious. She even included some cookies, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. It's clear she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in making things right.

“That gas station chicken isn't that bad but the one I had tasted like it was sitting there a bit too long. Not sure if that's the regular taste of the chicken or if it was really sitting but the honey biscuits was bussing bussing. I'd eat this chicken at times id know my normal favs are closed or far away or last minute, short time type scenerios.“
