“Presentation of the desserts is on point! I got reeses pieces nachos. The chips were cannoli shells. The pb sauce was great. The ice cream itself was mediocre. I wish it was higher quality ice cream. Plenty of indoor seating on a brisk, cold day. Also a small arcade for kids. Nice location to help revitalize Old Ellicott City.“

Bruster’s in Odenton is one of my favorite places to grab ice cream. The staff is always friendly, and they do a great job even when there’s a line. The ice cream tastes super fresh and there are so many fun flavors to choose from.
I love that they give free baby cones for kids and even little treats for dogs. It’s just a nice place with a good vibe. Definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area!“

“Baltimore in a Box Ice Cream Parlor is such a fun spot! They offer so many different flavors to taste, which makes the experience exciting. I especially enjoyed the Po-canut flavor — it was delicious, and I loved being able to taste real coconut in it. “I was Dashing in the area and needed a break. Found them when searching for Ice Cream in the area. Absolutely delicious! The girl behind the counter was a champ dealing with a customer ahead of me that was a bit demanding. I had the Old Bay Caramel as a shake and it was perfect. Salted Caramel with a touch of heat. Loved it! Will definitely be going back for a pint of Matcha when I'm back in the area.“

“I love the snowballs. The customer service can be good some days but today 7/01/25 @6pm. It was apparent she didn’t want to be there. I’ve always purchased the XL even after the price went to $7.90. But I will not pay $8.80 because they charge $.90 for using cash app. $9.00 for a snowball is ridiculous. Back to Jamba Juice I go.“

“This was a great restaurant to stop by during my layover in Baltimore! I was quite starving, but I didn’t want a big meal or junk food because of my upcoming flight.
This place offered an excellent strawberry banana smoothie that helped quench my hunger. A small was 7 dollars.
It was nice getting to watch them peel the banana, which helped ensure its freshness.
The smoothie itself was delicious and sweet with the two flavors popping out every couple sips.
Overall, great place, and if I’m ever stuck in Baltimore with a growling stomach again, I will be sure to return.
*I took a picture halfway through drinking it because I realized it was so good. They did not give it to me half empty.“

“Had to make a stop at Quality Snowballs on 36th Street! At first glance, I wasn’t sure if I having a snowball or eating a salad! Watermelon Basil and Lime Snowball! Perfectly cut up watermelon on top to ensure that there are pieces in every scoop! Watermelon and Lime snowball flavors with a slice of lime. The fresh basil was good but it seemed to overpower the snowball a little. I would’ve preferred fresh mint instead but overall, it was worth me cheating on my Louv-vah!“

Tapioca: I like that they pre cook their tapioca (bubbles) where a lot of other places that offer tapioca as a topping serve it fresher out of the heat which means a lot of times they undercook or overcook their tapioca and it's still hot even in the ice. I like that with Tutti Frutti, they have a more standardized way of cooking their tapioca and ensuring it is cooked properly.
I also really like the portions and the consistency. Every time I get the same order it tastes the same and I love that.
The staff can be sometimes distracted which is awkward for me sometimes but overall they do a good job“

“Overall enjoyable; we got two sundaes: Peach Cobbler and Strawberry Sundae, which we liked better than the peach.STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE SUNDAEThe strawberry compote is the winner here since you get this sweet syrupy fresh strawberry flavor running through the strawberry ice cream and the graham cracker crumbles don't get moistened by everything going on, maintaining their satisfyingly crumbly texture.PEACH COBBLER SUNDAEGood overall but having a vanilla ice cream base means needing quite a bit going on to make sure you don't just taste vanilla which unfortunately was a lot of what I tasted. The bottom had the peach compote/peaches (which either are canned or simmered as whole slices to make the compote since they were very tender and syrupy). The top had some drizzle which was good but gone after you get that initial layer of ice cream. Not much else texture wise to provide contrast. Maybe use peaches and cream ice cream? Or integrate peaches into the vanilla?The ice cream in general is good - nothing outstanding, but classic and yummy. It's hard to make bad ice cream and it was honestly enjoyable!“
