“We drove Fromm Annapolis- 50 minute drive. Crystal was our server on Sunday afternoon. She was super pleasant and kind. The atmosphere was fabulous and comfortable. We ordered a dozen large crabs and they were full, heavy and amazing. The seasoning was perfect too. We will be back again for sure! I highly recommend this wonderful out of the way restaurant. Worth the drive!!“

“We had a wonderful first visit to Charley’s! Our party of seven arrived around 4:30 without a reservation, but what appeared to be the manager quickly had a table cleaned and ready for us within five minutes. He was attentive and present throughout the restaurant, which was great to see. Our server was excellent, the food came out surprisingly fast, and the whole family loved the cozy, fun atmosphere—especially the arcade room. The plants and café lights are a nice touch too. We’re already looking forward to coming back!“

“Really cozy 50s style diner. I was hoping for a T bone steak, but they oddly enough didn't offer any. I settled on the calf liver & enjoyed it. The mashed potatoes were & steamed vegetables were a bit bland.
The passion fruit mimosa was a bit too tart & sour for my liking. However that's likely my own fault for ordering a sour drink.

“Yesterday was my first visit to Corner Juice Bar, and I absolutely loved it! I ordered a fresh wheatgrass shot—it was both affordable and made to perfection. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, making the experience even better. The decor has a nostalgic charm that took me right back to my childhood—especially the mini piano and gold telephone. “I recently read an article that said the best bakery in Maryland is Ovenbird. They are wrong. IT IS THIS PLACE. Fantastic bakery -- the croissants are fabulous. If I had to critique the place it would be they need a 2nd barista, or a cheap intercom system. The tiny place only holds 6 people (and a dog!) and 5 of those are standing around waiting for their coffee.“

“This is a very cool place. I just went so my kid could check out the rated chess tournament (blitz G3+2) that happens every Monday night. Charles Village Chess hosts the Monday blitz and G20 quads Friday elsewhere, I believe. There was not only chess , but Mah Jong being played, good beer, live music outside, a room with like 30 operating pinball machines, another room full of vintage video games. Nice artsy, laid back vibe. Diverse crowd of friendly people. They only serve drinks, and a tiny bit of merch, so BYO outside food ok. All the brewery tanks and pipes visible...and this was on a Monday night. I wonder how Fridays are. I'm a fan. My son had fun playing chess...and reported the players were strong, which he appreciated . I had a beer while I waited for him to compete. We'll be back.“

“We live right around the corner and drive past this place constantly. We've lived in Parkville for five years and came here for a Bluey brunch sometime last summer with our toddler. We decided to try the actual restaurant part tonight for dinner. The food was outstanding and our waiter was attentive and very friendly. Very lively, festive atmosphere, but my one complaint is, MAN, was it loud in there. My daughter spent the first 10 minutes after we got there holding her ears because it was so noisy. But I guess that's to be expected from one of the most popular local restaurants in town. Will most definitely be back!“

She was familiar with the two customers in front of me. It definitely had a neighborhood friendly vibe. The shop was busy. Most of the tables on the first floor were taken up when I was there. Be sure to take a stroll up the stairs. At the top of the stairs was an adorable little spot for two people to sit and chat. The second floor has a great little area to sit and ready or study. The top floor was full of light. I ordered my usual cortado. It was a solid drink. The cortado wasn't bad but it also wasn't anything spectacular to write home about.“

“There are not enough stars in the sky to give this place. Talk about creating fantastic dishes they make such wonderful flavor combinations. They use fresh ingredients it’s very evident in the high quality of food that they provide. The atmosphere is absolutely amazing and the vibes are indescribable. My waiter was Jimmy today I ordered the Halibut after I asked what it was 😂😂😂. He told me it was delicious and one of his favorite fish. The man was spot on it was absolutely amazing how every was seasoned and grilled to beyond perfection. My girlfriend ordered the Chicken Chesapeake it was an absolute hit.I don’t know which one was better but I’d love to have a serving of either one again anytime. Oysters were perfect this place has quickly become a huge place of interest. We both look forward to returning and I will suggest this amazing food to anyone. What great food and a great time.“

“We have gone to Iggies many times and always were treated with such hospitality. We live in the area and know this is THE place to go. We even ended up asking if they could host our dress rehearsal dinner. Mehmet graciously worked with us and put together a wonderful event. All our guests were amazed by how good the pizza and food were. There are so many different options of pizzas and guests left so full because they wanted to try each one! We are most especially thankful for Mehmet and his whole family making us feel so welcomed.
