“After living in the area for 5 years we finally visited Pairings Bistro tonight.
We were celebrating our 20th anniversary and I’m so glad we chose Pairings to do so. The restaurant is quite beautiful , the staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the food was amazing. Loved being able to chose between pre fixe 3 or 4 course meals and à la carte for dinner and of course the wine pairing option. With the many choices for lunch or dinner and seasonal menu this is sure to become one of our new go to restaurants. We could go numerous times a month and have something new and exciting each time. “Really cozy 50s style diner. I was hoping for a T bone steak, but they oddly enough didn't offer any. I settled on the calf liver & enjoyed it. The mashed potatoes were & steamed vegetables were a bit bland.
The passion fruit mimosa was a bit too tart & sour for my liking. However that's likely my own fault for ordering a sour drink.

“I love the vibe here. This restaurant is set to be like a ski lodge. Some tables have ski lift seats! It is a large venue that is broken into sections, making it feel small and intimate. The food is amazing and the main reason to try this place. My favorites include the burgers, mozzarella balls, and the crab? Corn chowder. When you do, I know that you will return. The servers are great as well.“

“Good service and great food and drinks the food came out in a reasonable time and the waitress was knowledgeable about almost everything on the menu she gave suggestions and when we got our food it was great everything was fresh clean on point I definitely recommend getting the crab dip also.“

“You have a server with braces young girl she’s very rude the 1st time I’ve interacted with her she wasn’t my bartender and she thought she could intimidate me but I didn’t want her to make my drink so I went to my favs bartender and she was “I could’ve made it” then wanted to stare the whole night as if that would scare me.

The second time , she over charged me 20 for a drink that was happy hour time

The 3rd time she said it was an event coming and 5 pm when I didn’t see any event at sizzle on instagram and she was slamming the menus down she’s unwelcoming and very unprofessional I left I wasn’t giving her any sales with her attitude

“I had a 50th Birthday party for my brother on Saturday, April 8th, 2023 in the evening. The atmosphere at the restaurant was amazing, food was fresh and hot. The best part was our server "Ciara R", she was excellent and provided the best service to my party guest. I would definitely have another event here and would request to have Ciara again. Overall, Great Time!!“
