“We had Mission BBQ Westminster cater our wedding at Hummingbird Chateau, and they were absolutely incredible from start to finish. Their communication leading up to the event was impeccable, which made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free. On the day of the wedding, the staff was so friendly, professional, and attentive. One moment that really stood out to our family was when my grandmother’s table was dismissed for dinner. A staff member took the time to ask her exactly what she wanted, told her to relax, and personally made her a plate and brought it right to her. That level of care and thoughtfulness meant so much to us and is something we will never forget. Sabrina, the manager, and her entire team were fantastic to work with. They made everything so easy, and we truly didn’t have to worry about a thing. It also helped that they had worked with Hummingbird Chateau before, you could tell everything was seamless and well-coordinated.
