“I was a guest at a birthday celebration today. Our server was Brandy and she was awesome. There were appoximately 40+ attendees and she handled the entire group with ease and professionalism. As a side note the food was great!!“

“Downtown location is excellent. Food is great at both locations. Service at Owings Mills location was the worst I have ever experienced. Go Downtown. Owings Mills service was dreadful. It wasn't crowded. Just really bad service. Worst service.“

“It took a little bit to get seated but the food was AMAZING, the staff was AMAZING, the manager took her time to train her staff and had a good laugh with me when I acted like a wine ‘connoisseur ’ lol I could not have one complaint. Everything was delicious, and the atmosphere was welcoming.“

“We ordered delivery from grub hub and the driver was prompt food was warm. The food was amazing! I ordered the crab cake on a pretzel bun , no filler and probably the best I have had! Boyfriend had the stew and loved it! Highly recommend“

“Tuesday is burger night half price! They follow instruction to a TEE and the foood is absolutely perfect every time. Was accidentally charged for a fourth miller when I only drank three. When I brought it to the bartenders attention she swiftly took it off the bill for me no further questions. Every Tuesday I show up and each time is stupendous I love shacks!“

“I went in to pay for the food he went to the back hand me my bags bro wasn't kind of friendly ask him about some sauce kind of over high price but most of all I just think I will never ever order calamari from them again it was just freed way too hard and it felt like it was yesterday's taste like it was yesterday's very disappointed the sushi on the other hand was great“
