“We visited Westminster last Thursday to meet up with my sister who recently moved to Frederick, Md from Hawaii. We stopped first at TownHall Mall and were very impressed with the stores that were open. Disappointed that many stores were only open on weekends. Stopped at Jeannie Bird Bakery for a late afternoon snack. Wow! What a great selection of baked items! We tried some scones which for late afternoon were incredibly fresh and tasty. Also tried a slice focaccia bread which was delicious. The staff was extremely friendly. Their iced tea was remarkable. So sorry that we live in Bel Air an hour away. Would make this bakery our #1 eatery.“

“First, I must say that I love original Krispy Kreme donuts. I also like the convenience of the drive thru. During my last visit I ordered the 3CT original glazed donuts with coffee and the 24CT donut dots.

One of the workers, a lightskin dude at the counter, was especially helpful and respectful the whole time. “I’m gonna give four stars not because the food is bad. The food is good but every time I come in here all they do is stare at you. They don’t speak. They don’t greet you It’s very awkward almost intimidating. The only person that was nice and sweet and kind hearted in there was Lia & the fact that She’s young She looks like she’s under 20 she has more communication skills than anybody inside of the entire place and a place is full of grown adults! When I came in mind you, this is my third time I actually came in and bought something because this is the first Dunkin’ Donuts on my route back and I had to say something this time because when I worked for Dunkin’ Donuts before and I know you’re supposed to greet people. Not just stare at them until they get all the way to the counter then after that you look like why are they here? I’m here for a service. Mind you it’s 7:30am why else would I be here . The ice cream was absolutely delicious! It was creamy, flavorful, and exactly the kind of dessert that makes you want to come back for more. We truly enjoyed every bite.

And then, to make the experience even better, they gave us free donuts! What a lovely surprise. The donuts were fresh, delicious, and such a thoughtful gesture. Little things like that make a visit feel extra special and show how much they appreciate their customers.

“I went through the drive-thru and ordered the sourdough breakfast sandwich. The sourdough is not the strongest sourdough – tasting bread. I am no sourdough of aficionado, but I'm used to a more strong typical sourdough-taste to my bread. However, the sandwich was otherwise fantastic! I will say it was actually better than the one I got yesterday in downtown Baltimore, but was pretty good, which is what made me seek out another.
Both got much better when I added a little mango habanero sauce and zero sugar ketchup.“

“They just need more staff at this location, 4 is not enough.I was waiting for more then 10 minutes for my order. This location has a ridiculous amount of on line orders, which makes it difficult to come in to get a Frappe. There was only one person physically in the store along with me. What about curbside that way 100 people an hr don’t physically need to be in the store .🤷🏽‍♀️ Starbucks has know idea how much more money they could make.Don’t believe me ask Chick fil A.
