“We visited Westminster last Thursday to meet up with my sister who recently moved to Frederick, Md from Hawaii. We stopped first at TownHall Mall and were very impressed with the stores that were open. Disappointed that many stores were only open on weekends. Stopped at Jeannie Bird Bakery for a late afternoon snack. Wow! What a great selection of baked items! We tried some scones which for late afternoon were incredibly fresh and tasty. Also tried a slice focaccia bread which was delicious. The staff was extremely friendly. Their iced tea was remarkable. So sorry that we live in Bel Air an hour away. Would make this bakery our #1 eatery.“

“I don't generally leave reviews, but this store and the employees here definitely deserve it. I have frequented this location for more than 2 years, and the employees here are second to none! It's always a welcoming feeling when people recognize you and remember you. They see hundreds of people every day, but when they spot you and offer a smile and a pleasant tone and then remember something small about you (or even remember your order) it says a lot about the community you and them have built TOGETHER. From the moment I pull up, between Molly or Jay, they ALWAYS know my car and my order before I even speak! Bela runs the drive thru window with ease and always has a kind word and warm smile. Balvider (I really hope that I'm spelling her name right) moves with efficiency and is always ready with a wave and smile. Mr. Patel (the BossMan), with his signature leather fedora, is also always so welcoming. In a world where the ART of genuine customer service is increasingly being lost, the folks at this Dunkin really seem to enjoy what they do. It's like getting a warm hug from family whenever I walk in or drive up. And even in the rare instance that my order is incorrect, they never cease to correct it with a smile. “They just need more staff at this location, 4 is not enough.I was waiting for more then 10 minutes for my order. This location has a ridiculous amount of on line orders, which makes it difficult to come in to get a Frappe. There was only one person physically in the store along with me. What about curbside that way 100 people an hr don’t physically need to be in the store .🤷🏽‍♀️ Starbucks has know idea how much more money they could make.Don’t believe me ask Chick fil A.
