“We used to frequent this restaurant often when we lived in Frederick. We returned for my 70th birthday dinner. As usual, Rich did an outstanding job, not only with our meals but also with meals designed for our vegan/vegetarian children. Trish, our server , was also excellent. “This is a new restaurant that is still working out the kinks. There was some confusion at the host/hostess stand about who was being seated where. Service was decent for a new place but still it was a little slow. The food was quite good. One of us had Chicken Marsala which was very good but it didn't have a traditional marsala sauce. Whatever it was, it was tasty. The other had Veal Parm. It was also quite good but the pasta sauce had an unusual flavor that was slightly off-putting We would be happy to return and try some other dishes but for one factor: Fox News on the TV in the bar. Watch it at home if you like but don't make me watch it.“

“I made the reservation with open table to Firebirds. Very easy to do. Firebirds confirmed reservation and actually called to confirm number. Upon arriving we were seated and our waitress Sophia was very kind and attentive. Our food came out correct and very good. We were celebrating a birthday and we were in an area of restaurant that we were able to take our time and enjoy our meal and visit with our family. Very good meal, every one enjoyed!“
