“Stopped in for some delicious sushi and chicken katsu, we also ordered the calamari which was fried perfectly and had a nice crispy outside.

The chicken katsu is cooked perfectly, crunchy outside and tasty inside but not dry. The sushi is amazing, I had the spicy tuna which had a good kick to it and the daily special which was the Goldfish Roll today. GOLDFISH ROLL WAS AMAZING!! “We have now been dining at Poke Bowl at least once a week for just over three years. When you come to Poke Bowl you are welcomed by the friendly staff and you are entering one of the cleanest establishments my husband and I have ever experienced. Combine that with absolutely delicious food and you have a dining experience you will want to enjoy very frequently. We have brought family members and every guest who comes to visit to enjoy this excellent restaurant. And we have been treated as friends always. The wall menu showed with many photos. There are booths and tables for indoor seating. The wait time from order paid to pickup was around five minutes. The combo was full in box and in good quality.“

We prefer here over quick way or any other hibachi place in the area and we have some picky eaters here. You have to try their dumplings, beef and shrimp or bento boxes along with their tempura shrimps. We also love that for their Ramen, the meat or shrimp are separated from the broth and don't become soggy. Please give them a try, you won't be disappointed.“

“Omg- we came here last minute for my daughter’s 10th birthday. I called and asked if I can bring cake with us and they said yes! We showed up around 8pm and was welcomed with open arms. Immediately sat. The atmosphere is so cute. I can’t believe Starbucks used to be here.
Our server Ruth took great care of us and took special care of the birthday girl. The food was very fresh and delicious. The drinks were tasty too! We ordered the branzino, crab fried rice w shrimp, shrimp tempura rolls, and shrimp nigiri. Everything was delicious and we will definitely be back just to see Ruth 🤗❤“

“Every time I drove into layhill I would smell this place and after months of putting it off today I stopped in.As a big Fan of hibachi I will tell you,Fuji Japan is the best I’ve had in the area hands down.I got the steak and chicken bento box and it was top tier.Fresh ingredients,good flavor and the fried stuff like gyoza and crab Rangoon are typical but I felt slightly elevated.If you’re in the area stop by and grab a quality meal!“
