“Fairly quick service. Able to select your own items to put into meal. Depending on staff member you could have a lot or a little less of what you are expectingVegetarian options: Available as a replacement protein. Or fajita veggies.Kid-friendliness: Has a kids menu. Either a build your own Taco or a quesadillaParking: Depending on the time of day you go could be difficult to find a space to park.“
“My first time trying this place, I was on my way to work running late...stop to grab tacos to go...but I sat down to eat just ONE taco and told myself I'll save the rest for work....a long story short, i ended up late for work because i couldnt stop eating the rest of my food...the food was so good i couldnt get UP, i had to finish the rest, it was so DELICIOUS...!!!! BEST TACOS IN LAUREL!! ?“
“If you love delicious, authentic food. You've found the place!Sabor Chapin Offers amazing service, delicious food I highly recommend the Carne Asada! Compared to other local Taquerias, Sabor Chapin has Columbia’s top most flavorful tacos, and Carne Asadas! Their pasta is absolutely delectable too. The best part you get exactly what you pay for and honestly more. I recommend Sabor Chapin to everyone and not one person has disagreed on how amazing the food is. Amazingly the man who runs the show is the chef himself!I so highly recommend and support his small business. I hope to see him open his restaurant soon.“
“The food here is a solid five. Saw this Taqueria and wife and I decided to give it a try. We had Empanadas, Steak Quesadilla and the fabulous Tripleta Sandwich. All 3 were very delicious, especially the Tripleta sandwich. Why couldn't I have found this Taqueria sooner.“
“I dropped in on an early Monday evening for take-out and had a drink while I waited. They have some pretty awesome menu items and it was quite difficult for me to chose. I opted for the veggie chimichanga. I ordered a margarita, snacked on some chips and delicious salsa and enjoyed the wait. After I dug in at home, I was pleasantly pleased with the presentation of my food along with the tastiness. It was amazing! I couldn't believe I've lived in the area my whole young adult years and never been there! Definitely a place to keep in your pocket!“
“Food is absolutely AMAZING. The only 2 things: Resturant is extremely small and tight. Everyone that came in was getting TO GO orders, and they only had 1 or 2 waiters for the whole restaurant. I get that it's small, and the 2 waiters they have are good, but they are the only 2, and they can't do everything for everyone so waiting to order or get drinks, silverware is a little challenging especially if the restaurant is busy!“
“Consistently fantastic! This Latin restaurant never disappoints with its delicious and authentic cuisine. From mouthwatering empanadas to flavorful arroz con pollo, every dish is a winner. The ambiance is inviting, the service is excellent, and the flavors always hit the spot. A must-visit for any food lover! 15+ years and still DELICIOUS“
“I have been a long time customer of the truck but live in Kensington, and am thrilled they have opened! Their food is always amazing, they never disappoint!Vegetarian options: My favorite vegetarian option is the mushroom tacos! Soooooo good! ?“
“This use to be the old Applebees I think but it's handling it's business very well! It's Sunday and not a table around! The bar was stocked with patrons but our wait was t long at all. Once seated a very nice waitress approached and gave us menus. We asked for recommendations and I really like that she took the time to ask us what was our preferred choice of spirits so she could offer us something based on our preferences-BIG KUDOS! My selection of the Cancun Margarita didn't disappoint! It comes in an actual pineapple with plenty of liquor but not overpowering! The guacamole was supposed to be made table side but it was so crowded she couldn't get down the aisle with her cart! Although I like that experience as you're able to ask them to add a little more lemon or such/such but it was GREAT! We chose the queso with ground beef but that isn't anything special with that. I did see a Snapper on another table that I want to try with my next visit! Parking is great(in the shopping center lot) prices are reasonable and the staff all seem to care. Everyone chipped in on duties the manager even came around to tables thanking patrons for being there. Bathrooms were clean and easily accessible even under the influence of 2 of those drinks(had a little stumble ) and oh yes they sneak up on you so don't be like me and choose more than you should. Overall, I can see myself driving back here for happy hours or even a late night meal! Another table had some Mexican Candy shits( these weren't regular shots though) those WILL definitely be the first drink on the next visit!“
“THE BEST Mexican food you are going to find in Maryland! I have been coming here almost everyday for my lunch just to try a different dish and every single one has been DELICIOUS and authentic! I am so happy to find this here considering I have moved here from Calirfornia!!! This is amazing“
“What a PLEASANT SURPRISE! My wife and I frequently go to this out of the way shopping center for three stores: Ollie's, Mom's and a Goodwill Thrift store. We always pass Pollo Fiesta on the way in but never ate here before this visit. First things first, I am GLUTEN FREE and MANY "Peruvian" or South American rotisserie chicken places marinate the fowl in BEER (cerveza) and/or use soy sauce in seasoning...this prohibits the delightful pollo from my diet! The wonderful young lady who was managing Pollo Fiesta the day we were there assured me that the chicken was hand rubbed with a gluten free seasoning blend. Both my wife and I LOVED it! I had a side of black beans that were good. NOT GREAT, to me, because I am used to Cuban black beans that are seasoned differently. My wife had a side of plantain that she loved. This restaurant does not offer much in the way of ambience. But it IS very suitable for a family with young kids! The service is wonderful! I highly recommend this restaurant!“
“This place is a little hard to find but definitely worth the effort. Great Mexican food and fantastic service. The servings are huge, I think the queso dip could serve 8 people. Margaritas were okay but beers from the giant cooler of beer were cold and refreshing.“
“Have been in and out of that Exxon many times, and never even considered eating here. I was hungry and grabbed a chicken quesadilla to go. It was one of the best quesadillas I've ever had, have since been back and gotten the steak and some other things. The cheese pulls are ridiculous. Hidden Gem!“
“We stopped here both going (lunch) and returning (dinner) on a day trip to Baltimore. The Burrito was easily a 10/10. It fed both my wife and myself (we are not big eaters) and was a terrific value. For dinner we had tacos which I rate 9/10 and a pupusa which was just decent. Easy parking and nice picnic tables. Easy access to I-95. I expect to visit a lot.“
“Fresh ingredients...I ordered the seafood fajitas with grilled shrimp, scallops, and crab...very flavorful! I would've liked a little more crabmeat. It's served with grilled onions, peppers, guac, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and house made tortillas.“
“This place made my little Texan heart so happy! Our family came on Valentine’s Day & enjoyed complimentary chips & salsa, tasty TexMex (My cheese enchiladas were perfect!), and I got to introduce my MIL to sopapillas (these were much smaller than what you find in Texas but still delicious).I often long for TexMex but between the expense of restaurants and the high chance of being disappointed, I rarely venture out. We’ll be back!Kid-friendliness: Easy- going atmosphere with kid chairs & menu (kid meals <$10)“
“Outstanding Mexican food truck that gives you all the flavor of a taco truck on the west coast. The carnitas tacos were not dry unlike a lot of local taco joints and the birria tasted almost exactly like home. Whatever you are eating here, pour that red salsa on top, it is incredibly flavorful.“
“Ordered the chicken breakfast burrito w/ avocado inside and it was incredible. The burrito couldn’t stay closed with how much stuff was inside of it. Everything well seasoned and free.I’m not a fan of the red salsa, but the green is very good.I will be returning and will get a picture next time.“
“Food was really good. I didn't love the flavor of the carnitas taco but it wasn't bad. The huarache was also much thicker than I am used to but still a great item to try. The carne asada and al pastor tacos were amazing! They are served with some generously cut cucumbers and radishes for a nice fresh bite too. Loved it. The horchata was great too“
“This place quickly became one of our family's go to eateries when they first opened. I've had a different meal each time we've gone here and every dish was delicious. We have gone probably ten times so far. Atmosphere is great and even better now after the remodel. The service is sometimes slow, but the staff are always friendly and helpful. The drinks are a little pricey too. I just paid ten bucks for a shot of Jack Daniel's on Friday. Most other places that would be between 6-8 bucks. Highly recommended Acapulco though.“
“Very great smell coming from the kitchen, the tables are very spacious and the seat warm. The music whispers to my ears, and the food finally arrived. The pan con pollo was the best thing I ever tasted! It tasted like mom’s cooking and I felt at home. I thanked god for allowing me to experience such food and let it be gods will allowing me to enjoy food here again. (I still smell the carne on my top lip)“
“This is our third visit to El Azteca. We had a great dining experience each time. The staff are friendly and attentive. The food selection is extensive and delicious. With a reservation they easily accommodated our group of eight. Fantastic margarita selection too!“
“The food is Tex-Mex, the service is fast and it is very large inside with two bars in addition to having a patio. The atmosphere is super nice, good music. When we go with friends for a motorcycle ride this is the perfect place to have a cold beer in Ellicot City, MD USA.“
“This food truck has the best food. We have ordered burrito bowls, pork rib platters, and beef rub platters over the years. Everything and anything we order is seasoned well, tender, and well portioned. We will definitely keep coming back for more of this delicious food.“
“eunice, with all respect to your review but no where in the area red-snapper cost $13.99 a red snapper wont cost you less than $30 in any type of restaurant from low end to high end. living cost are going up every day. prices are difficult to maintain always the same. i’m a customer that have been visiting from a longtime and have seen the prices changes but the quality and quantity of my food will never change. if you want to maintain the quality of the of a good product you pay for it.Food is definitely good BUT the prices you see on the menu ARE NOT what they charge you.$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$Food is definitely good BUT the prices you see on the menu ARE NOT what they charge you.I ordered a fried fish and they asked me if I wanted tilapia or red snapper, I said snapper. The menu showed 13.99 for tilapia, so I figured the snapper would be around that price, they charged me $25 for that plate. Not even in a fancy restaurant they charge that much for fried fish.Pupusas are 2.75, they are good.Tacos are 3.75, also good. The lady who cooks and serves is nice and it would’ve been a great experience if it wasn’t for the overcharge. If you show a price on the menu commit to it, or just adjust the prices. Easy.“
“I love this place. Used to go to Tippy's Tacos in College Park....for many years, and only realized the connection about 10 years ago. I don't go anywhere else for tacos or any Mexican food. Their guacamole is top notch. Even the sodas are good! I like the low key atmosphere and the staff are quite nice. Toucan Taco is the best place to go if you want good food, low key atmosphere and good people.“
“Food was amazing, got the Chorizo Torta and Beef Tacos and they both were very good. The beef had a lot of fat which is kinda normal for the cut of meat being used but was super easy to take out and still had plenty of meat. The Torta was packed and flavorful and I love the sauces that come with as well as the radish and lime. The horchata though, let me say is one of if not the best i’ve had in a while. Thanks for the great food!“
“I have been here a few times now since its pretty close to where I live. The food here is good, the ingredients fresh, and the staff is always friendly. I usually order between burritos and bowls depending on my mood. They have a variety of different hot sauces on a shelf you can choose from. Great place for a quick bite to each on a lunch break. Also their burritos are MASSIVE. You WILL be full.“
“Went today and had a taco salad and it was great!! Just the right combination of ingredients and was hit and NOT greasy. Server was very attentive and was watching as she removed the plate soon after finishing and stopped by a couple of times to see if everything was ok. Definitely will be returning“
“The staff made our meal so pleasurable. Our waitress was terrific and managers roaming the dining room checked on us a couple times during dinner. Our meals arrived quickly and perfectly prepared. Such a wonderful and professional restaurant.“
“We had a large gathering of 14 for dinner. Everything was great. Immediate attention by our server, Patricia. Patricia was pleasant and patient. The food and drinks were served quickly. The food was delicious with huge portions. The brought out the birthday cake that we brought, sang, and took back to the kitchen for cutting and serving. We stayed and were never pressured to leave after dinner. It was a very nice experience and would recommend! Will definitely be back.“
“Food was FIRE. Ordered rotisserie chicken, and fajitas. Very tasty! So much flavor. Yellow rice was pretty good too. I ordered cole slaw as a side, and it was good but it seemed as if it was blended, mushy. Overall I would recommend this place.“
“Well this is the second time, the first time I ate Menudo it was very good but the truth is they take too long to serve you, and now I better ordered by phone so I wouldn't have to wait I ordered a Cuban cake and the truth is I have no idea what part of Cuba it was because It is totally different from the Cuban cakes I have eaten, but it was really delicious.“
“This is not a Restaurant, if you look for the place there is a house that apparently sells beer, on one side you will see a white food truck and this is where you have to order the variety of dishes they offer. The price-quality-flavor are very good and they are very worth enjoying either right there on some tables that they have which would be uncomfortable in cold weather because it is outdoors, so it is better to order to go.“
“I'm a fan of soup and their chicken soup is so good. I recommend asking for the chicken grilled on the side. They have a lot more on their menu and also sell fruit as well as bakery goods. My husband likes their carne asada tacos. The people working there are very friendly too!I am a fan of soups and their chicken soup is very delicious. I recommend ordering the roast chicken separately. They have a lot on their menu and also sell prepared fruit as well as sweet bread. My husband likes their carne asada tacos. The people who work there are very friendly!“
“Awesome family spot for a meal. It's clean, service was excellent, and most importantly the food is dynamite. The menu is big enough that everyone will find something to enjoy. The camarones rancheros were rich and spicy with plump shrimp, tasty rice, and homemade tortillas (more like unfilled pupusas) to sop up the sauce. The pupusas were delicious. Kids loved the pancakes and Philly cheesesteak. We will definitely come back here.“
“I did NOT hear about this place on TIKTOK. I saw a few Yelpers post about it and decided to try it out, but I kid you not, people were coming in here asking if this was the TIKTOK Taco place--Que? Finding this location was hard, parking is small, and the area is not exactly the best (police officer is stationed inside due to the area's recent mishaps). We came here to celebrate a birthday and ordered tons of food and even dabbled in their dessert freezers (yes, they have four freezers of desserts to pick from). Each dish was fresh and full of flavor. It is the type of atmosphere where you feel as if you could just continue to order more and more while doing the happy food dance (work it off while ya eat, ya know?). But it is all so fresh that it is hard to stop eating! Tacos, tortas, quesadilla, gorditas, and birria were all amazing. We also tried nopal (cactus)--cooked perfectly. Don't forget to try the desserts! Flan, Tres Leches Cake, Fresas Con Crema, flavored Paletas (popsicles), Rice Puddling, Mangonada, and other frozen yummy treats.“
“This hole in the whole is located inside Super Best International market. And, they have the best tacos! I mean wait everything on the menu is absolutely delicious! Everything is freshly made! It's usually just 1 or 2 people working so when you go be patient everything is made to order and you can taste it! I love coming here for something refreshing and delicious“
“Came here for a late night dinner after visiting the haunted house. My partner had a quesadilla which was very good. I had the beef fajitas which were downright amazing. It was good quality beef and had those terrific little bits of toasty fat around the edges. Even the beans and rice on the side were tasty and had perfect texture.“
“March 2023Great tacos, but I preferred the flavorful birria with consommé and my husband enjoyed the chicken more. My husband and I liked that this food truck has tables and benches versus other food trucks that don't have seating available so you have to take it to go. Parking is limited to only four to five parking spaces, which is shared with a liquor store. This is probably in my top two favorite taco food trucks in the area. Highly recommend!“
“A Must-Visit for authentic flavors and ambiance. Even for watching the Super Bowl!It stands out! “This place is affordable and gives you tons of high quality food. They didn't scrimp on anything. The bean and cheese nachos were packed with cheese, beans, sour cream and guacamole. The beef soup had tons of beef and veggies. The fried black beans are awesome too.“
“This place is so much better than Chipotle! Much better food for basically the same price. Oh, and you feel good after eating here too. I recommend the sweet/spicy chicken; it's really good if you're into that kind of thing. In the restaurant you order in a line the same way you might at Chipotle.“

“Some of the best Tacos and Horchata I've had. Hands down the best authentic Mexican food on Route 1. I'm so glad I got to finally try this place after passing by for years. The women who work here were so kind and hardworking. The atmosphere is so beautiful and they even have a nice bar.“
“We just came back from Azucar and had a great meal, great service in a great atmosphere! Carlos was so attentive and pleasant. All the tables were set perfectly and the glasses just shined like diamonds. Everything is so clean and welcoming. We can't wait to go back. We felt so welcomed and like family...what a great meal! Thank you so much!“
“I was getting tires installed on my car, so I wandered over to have an early lunch. It was a Saturday about 11am; not busy at that time. I was guided to a table of my choosing. Being a Salvadorian/Mexican deli/restaurant I thought sitting in front of the wide screen broadcasting a football game was appropriate (even if I don't follow the sport). The server was attentive, but if I would've been able to converse in Spanish the ordering and general conversation would have been easier. That's on me (I really need to brush up on my conversational Spanish).I was given the perfect amount of time to peruse the menu before being approached. I ordered the Pollo Encebollado. Amazing. I sensed a genuine pride in the preparation as well as in the humble presentation. Highly recommended. I'm going to visit again, even if I don't need tires.“
“I was craving empanadas and got the cheesy beef empanadas. No regrets there, they were truly excellent. The worst part was they were ready so fast by the time I picked them up they had cooled a bit. Came with chips and salsa. The chips were seasoned and the salsa had the right amount of kick to it. This was my first visit but it surely won't be my last.“
