“The food was good. They had background music playing extremely loud and the lady working the counter spoke very softly so it was hard to hear her questions. The music was so loud we could not even talk while we ate our lunch. As other people came in we noticed they were also asking for things to be repeated a few times. Another customer, around 25 yrs old commented to us that the music was too loud.

Parking: The parking lot is narrow and has constant traffic, making it difficult to get in and out.“

Nice amount of toppings, too, and very fresh. Overall, it was a great experience, and the food, drinks, and chips were delicious. The price justifies the large serving of food you get. “This small shop is run by one person who hand makes everything fresh, to order; so don't plan to come in during a busy lunch hour and get in/out in less than 15-20m (besides, it is worth the wait). The selection of hot sandwiches and wraps is really nice and they do allow substitutions. I like that there is also a good selection of unique Asian snacks/drinks/sweets alongside the typical options. There is some seating inside as well. Cards are accepted. Pictured is the Mexican wrap + cucumbers (sub provolone/guacamole for pepper jack/avocado); certainly hit the spot on a warm day.“

“Look I'm not a huge fan of Jimmy John's food but I decided to give them another shot. I have to say unfortunately I'm still not a fan of it. With that being said the employees were friendly, the restaurant was very clean, and my meal was fresh. I sort of feel bad for giving them a 4 stars instead of five but I simply can't get over the price. A drink, sub, chips, and a brownie on the promo come out to $15. If we compare them to fast food then using deals on apps you can either get more food or the same amount of food for less money at competitors. If we compare them to fast casual restaurants then sure $15 isn't bad but you are getting much higher quality food at pretty much every fast causal restaurant. If my meal was about $2-3 cheaper I would feel more comfortable giving them a 5 stars.“

“Delicious food & Great Customer Service!! I stopped here on Monday 9/23, and was greeted by the manager Jessica/Jessi and her awesome and friendly team! It was our first visit, but definitely not our last! Jessica suggested a few menu items, and made us delicious milk shakes!! We ordered two regular sandwiches and board walk fries! The sandwiches were loaded with meat, and very filling! The fries were piping hot, and the milkshake was hand-spun and made in front of us! We dined in, Pepperjacks is a clean looking & cozy establishment with great music! Overall great experience! Two sandwiches, fries & two milkshakes for $21! Check out this locations happy hour everyday between 2-5.. they offer $1.50 fries, and milkshakes (all varieties)!“

I happened to visit later in the day (5 pm on a Saturday). Both sandwiches that I ordered (Titan Turkey & Hotshot Italiano) were made well and delicious. Inside decor is average, but I expect most customers are grab-and-go.“

They had booths, counter seating and round tables. It was clean and quiet and pleasant to dine in. The price was appropriate for a fast food sandwich.“

He is such a vibe every time I see him. Onita is a just as awesome. She is a strong woman. She recently has gone through something tragic, but she still comes to work with her amazing attitude and determination. She is always a pleasure to be served by. Lastly is Olivia. She is so sweet and works really hard. I always see her taking care of customers and doing catering orders at the same time. “We have been visiting this Subway for at least once or twice a month over the past several years. It is a typical Subway restaurant. That is, primarily carry-out but with three or four tables if you want to eat there. The coupons of late (in 2020) have been great; examples are $5.99 for almost all foot-long sub and $12.99 for two foot-long subs. Desserts are limited to cookies but we rarely indulge.“
