“Its the same folks from Ichiban buffet which used to be by Costco in Gaithersburg, so you know the food and service is great!
They still serve tasty sashimis and California rolls , more over their menu includes various other stuff ! Id highly recommend to everyone who likes great asian food

When ever my dad is town he always wants get sushi from Aery he says it's best sushi he ever had. “This is not a five star restaurant by any measure, but the experience was awesome. I’ve driven by it maybe 1000 times so it could be my anticipation getting the best of me here but I was very pleased with everything here. It’s a very low-key nondescript almost austere overall vibe and it’s all cooked as you order, but pretty quick. I’ll come again!“

- Tang Soo Yuk (Sweet & Sour Pork) - Not too sweet with subtle pineapple flavor - Recommend sauce on the side so the pork styles crispy 8/10

- Ja Jang Myun (Noodles w/ Black Bean Paste) - Homey and delicious 8/10

- Jam Pong (Spicy Noodle w/ Seafood) - Flavorful broth but expected more spicy 5/10

- Pan Jeon (Seafood Pancake) - Good fry without being greasy and generous portion of seafood, but octopus a little chewy - 7/10

“This is one of my favorite spot! The bowl taste absolutely delicious, purple rice and glass noodles with grill chicken or Steak bowl taste so good! Plus triple A sauces! Super Delicious!! Service was excellent too! Definitely come back again soon! Thank you very much!“

“Pretty good Korean style place. HUGEEE portions and HUGEEE menu of Korean classics to choose from. We got beef bulgogi and spicy cod soup. Huge mound of piping hot beef with rice and some small sides. Fish soup had huge whole slices of fish in it! At first I was unsure of the cost but you definitely get what you pay for. I was very full. Flavor wise it was all quite good! You can tell the food was made to order and not just reheated. Update: Pictures when we came back for takeout for bulgogi and Tteok-bokki with noodles. Beef still excellent and the noodle dish wowww so soft so good.

There is not a lot of Korean food around here, so we will certainly be back! They have some other items too like chicken katsu and omurice if you want that. I will try the hot bibimbap next time.

You can eat in the food court they have kiosks to order dine in or takeout and large photos on TV screen. Relatively clean.

Also please remember this is a food court takeout establishment. Some reviewers giving low stars but with expectation of Michelin grade flavors, I don’t understand it. I eat a lot of Asian food and thought this was pretty good. Lots of Korean and Asian people also eating around dinner time so also another good sign the locals like it. It reminds me of my trip to Korea.

Edit: if you need a takeout box for 25 cents maybe just go to the ATM take out $20 and buy a cheap drink or snack (of which there are many many many good ones) and ask for a quarter??? All done within 5 minutes or less. Anyways those two low reviews should actually be the proof you need that the portions are not tiny.“

“We had a fantastic lunch at Arirang, a lovely Korean spot on a quiet shopping strip. On a calm weekday afternoon, we were served five classic Korean side dishes-including kimchi, potatoes, and seaweed salad. We loved the seafood tofu soup and the BBQ pork; everything was incredibly flavorful! The portions are huge, the service was as friendly as it was efficient.“

“I love this place! I've been here about five times now and it just keeps getting better. I always get just the basic AYCE for $27 and the meat is good for the price. The service is consistently good, and recently they added a make your own sauce bar, with a buffet of rice, noodles, fried rice, tons of vegetables and sides to choose from, as well as little cakes and ice cream included! Karaoke is always fun and the atmosphere is great.

Side note, they do validate parking but for 2 hours only. And they charge an additional $17 for food waste so be mindful of what you get. All in all, I recommend checking this place out!“
