“Grateful for my neighborhood Dunkin’ Donuts, especially when I’m running late for a pickup and Samina was so kind enough to remake my coffee without hesitation. It’s rare to come across this kind of customer service nowadays. Samina definitely deserves a shout out!“
“I got a coldbrew coffee, my daughter got a sandwich. I like their coffee, especially the cold brew. Many of their competitors seem to try to outdo each other on how much they can burn their coffee beans; I am not a fan of that. The booth was dirty, and the restroom wasn't fully clean, this is kind of typical of a business that is this busy and doesn't have enough staff to send one out to clean often enough. The bathroom had a combo lock, but they are free in giving the code to customers.“
“This is my husband and I most loved location. We always order 2 Iced coffee w/ vanilla and cream, no sugar. and just only 2 pumps of vanilla. Sometimes 1 hot latte when its cold. The lady at the drive thru is AMAZING. WE LOVE HER!
She always makes sure we get the right orders and she is so fast. Whenever she goes on vacation, the line on drive-thru will be crazy. Other staffs are nice too!
Unfortunately, we moved out of states, didn't get a chance to say goodbye to her before leaving.“
