“My wife and I drove up to Baltimore to tour the Peruvian Navy tall ship B.A.P. Union docked on Light Street. Afterwards we found this restaurant via simple phone search and what a wonderful experience it turned out to be. We did not know they require a reservation when we showed up at the door but they were kind enough to find us a spot. Thanks to Chef Jose and his crew for a delightful evening.“
“We rode by this place so many times and said we're going to try them out,But last night we decided to give them a try,When I say that was the best decision we could have ever made,Man the food was amazing,The service was amazing ?,I was very satisfied,It touched my soul,I would recommend this place to every person that I know and people I don't even know? Everything that we got was good,We ended up spending like $80 because we just couldn't stop ordering stuff,We got our dinner, stuff for lunch the next day,It just looked and tasted so good ? And when we asked how long they had been there,Get this,They said 4 years,So for 4 years we been missing out,No more,This is our new spot????“
“Searching for rotisserie chicken in Baltimore to add to a salad, stumbled upon this place. Let's just say the salad was quickly forgotten when I saw the food options here. The chicken was incredible, perfectly seasoned and tender. After smelling it my whole ride home, I couldn't wait another second to eat it and had a few pieces over the sink with my hands like a rat before I calmed down enough to put some on a plate and eat it. Plantains and rice were incredible, I want to try all the sides. The green sauce is good enough to drink.“
“Casual hole.in the wall restaurant offering really good authentic Peruvian roasted chicken. It's reasonable considering what all you get. They offer chicken by the quarter, half and or whole with a variety of sides. I really enjoy their chicken. I come here mainly for that. Sides are okay, however very generous portions.Only pay street parking is available. This is the only set back about coming here......the availability with street parking.“
“This has to be one of the best places in the area for some amazing Peruvian chicken. My family and I had the family combo which is enough for a family of 6 easy. The food is great, flavors are spot on but for anyone who is not familiar with Peruvian mash potatoes these are not your typical mash potatoes, but they are great. They have an excellent choice of sides and they were all great. Anyone stopping by who loves flan must try their flan. The music and the decor was also incredible and really nostalgic.“
“I get the chicken meal with the rice and sweet potato fries and everything tastes fresh and delicious! best grilled chicken i have had in baltimore. some below say it is burnt that it is actually cooked just right and the "burnt" skin (i.e. grilling) add tremendously to the flavor. the meat slides right off the bone. yum yum. a little pricey but worth it! don't miss out - try it!!“
“The best chicken in town!!! Seriously you have to try this place out! Their sides are typical but you get a lot for your money. Fried plantains are superb! Tres Leche cake slices are yummy! I absolutely rave about this place to my coworkers all the time“
“This place has come along way worth every penny for the fresh food and for the hospitality I had some issues long ago I changed my review and it's almost like a 360 turn around covid did a number on us but I see this place putting in all the hart on the food and customer'“
“We have issues sometimes with gravy not being on our mashed potatoes, the rice seeming more than just a day old.. and some small issues. But generally the chicken is so dang good that we keep coming back! So four stars seems appropriate. We only order to go so no idea how dining in is atmosphere wise“
