“Go To Burgers has been on my list to try for a while, and we finally got the chance to yesterday.

Burgers were delicious. Everything was freshly made and came out nice and hot. The fries were good (and I don’t like crinkle cut fries most of the time). The lamb burger was really tasty and I recommend trying it if you’ve never had one.

The owner was also incredibly nice. I highly recommend checking out Go To Burgers.“

They did forget one of our food items so I had to ask, but they solved it right away and the worker in charge of calling food helped us find a spot to sit. That being said, the atmosphere is kind of hectic, it was SUPER busy, which this place is popular so it makes sense. Seating is super limited and it seems like they have more people going for food than to sip on a coffee and work so there were a handful of people sitting with laptops at huge tables working while tons of people ordering food didn't have a place. Feels like they need to just kind of lean into what they want to be and have a order first system then get seating. Other than that, inside is a vibe and very aesthetic!“

If I had one complaint it would be that the smoothie blenders don’t have the drop down plastic covers. Each day the menu changes, so you could have a favorite every day of the week. And the portions! You can make SEVERAL meals out of one dinner. Is it cheap? NOPE! But something that's good for your body AND soul shouldn't be.“

There was a couple in front of me. No one was working the register. No one greeted me despite me saying hi- I don’t work there. The establishment was honestly stink and besides me waiting for atleast 8 mins with no one acknowledging me, I left. 0 stars, I passed 3 and decided to stop here since I let was my first time seeing it the day before. “I fell in love with Tropical Smoothie Café when I lived in Florida, and the Blimey Limey has been my go-to ever since. It is a bright, tangy blend of strawberries, pineapple, orange juice, and lime. Refreshing, balanced, and just the right amount of zing. It hits the spot every single time.

I recently stopped by the Brookland location after walking through the nearby farmers market and was pleasantly surprised. There were just a couple of people ahead of me, and the staff was fast, efficient, and genuinely friendly. The café itself was spotless, which immediately set a great tone.

One thoughtful detail that stood out was that they brought the drink directly out to me with a straw. It is a small gesture, but it made the experience feel more personal, especially for a franchise spot.

“I can not believe this place. So first it has an indoor and outdoor place to order. The customer service was amazing. I was greeted and helped as soon as I walked in because they're were several people taking orders. Not only that but the Crabs were done already. I've never seen that before. It was like all she had to do was put them in a bag. They were still warm 15 minutes later when I was able to eat them. They were so so good too. I paid $20 for 1 dozen and I swear there were like 16 in the bag. This was super convenient as I was delivering a truck to Giant and could eat on My Lunch break.“

“I always have a great experience at this Tropical Smoothie Cafe. The wait times are consistently very low, which is a huge plus when I’m on the go. The atmosphere is super chill and has more of a relaxed café vibe than a typical fast-food spot — it’s a nice place to take a breather while you wait.

The staff here are always polite, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They remember regulars, answer questions with patience, and keep everything running smoothly (especially Keelah, she’s the best!). It’s rare to find a place that feels this friendly and efficient at the same time.

“I go to this location (being right next to my gym) no less than three times per week. It’s gotten to a point where they know my order and start it as soon as I walk in. How can one give that type of service a bad rating or review. The staff is always friendly and I have never had any reason to complain.“

“Honestly was VERY happy I tried this place I’m not from the area but this place did not disappoint I was going to go to McDonald’s but I saw this place was right across the street so I gave it a try and it was great, I was welcomed at the door by a nice Indian man with a smile behind the register and who was happy to help me bc I have never been there he explained what was on the burgers and how they were made from SCRATCH, even though I only got 2 cheese burgers it costed me 17.18 but for how good they tasted I was very very happy with that price compared to going across the street to McDonald’s and getting mediocre hamburgers, the hamburgers that I got from here were juicy and the toppings tasted and looked great on the burger and overall I was very very happy I stopped in today and if I ever come back to this area I hope to stop in again, if y’all do manage to read this today I was the guy in the brown work jacket.

Parking: There is not many spots but I was able to get in and out just fine.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a concrete ramp built in to the door it’s small but I think as long as someone held the door for you ya could get in.“
