“So glad to find this local business to place an order with for a friend's bachelorette party! We went to a winery and I wanted to bring some desserts to share, but wanted it all individually wrapped (Covid-19 times call for a little twist on what you normally do, huh?). LaWann was awesome to work with and gave me suggestions on which desserts would work best as individuals. I ended up ordering red velvet mini bunt cakes (SO GOOD!) and heart shaped snickerdoodle cookies (I know they were good cause they were all gone by the time I went to get one!). They even had cute decorations to fit our winery bachelorette party! Keeping Strib'ble in mind for future birthdays & holidays!“

The cake was one of the best cakes I have ever eaten. Super moist I would definitely recommend getting your cakes from the cake faerie.“

“Yesterday evening I last minute decided to go to this establishment a little too late not paying attention to their closing time. It is very rare that when you see a business closing that the people inside will pay you any mind. I would have been over excited if they had payed me attention and nothing else. The person at the desk not only acknowledged me but proceeded to ring up my order (which he didn’t have to do) beyond their closing hours. I think we all know what we go to this established for at this point but this person went above and beyond and helped me to walk away from here with a feeling that is rare in this day and age. I wish I knew his name but his attention to detail and customer service spoke volumes and left an impression. ✨“

“Tiered and Petite catered our tea-themed baby shower and exceeded every expectation. From the first inquiry, Cotton was responsive, communicative, and incredibly patient. She beautifully brought our theme to life with delicious scones, desserts, and teas, and the setup was just as stunning as the food. She handled everything seamlessly, even providing and setting up the teacups herself. “As my daughter and I attempted to find the perfect wedding cake, she went through bride-to-be jitters and I went through mother-of-the bride jitters as there are so many beautiful designs. It was so hard to choose! We soon learned that not only are the cakes good (red velvet with cream cheese icing is one of my favorites)but the customer service is “outstanding.” The owner Alexis and wedding consultant Shannon clearly understand the indecisiveness of brides to be. They personally worked with us, held my hand, and were very patient. I highly recommend Cakes Plus for any occasion that requires that special touch and special taste!!“

“Love it and love her. Susan created a beautiful Black Carpet Affair themed cake for my 40th birthday. If you know how birthdays go, sometimes you miss out on things at your own party! After the event, everyone raved about how delicious the cake was! She will definitely continue to be my go to!“

“We consider ourselves conesures of cupcakes. Traveled the US and abroad tasting cupcakes. These were the very worst. Customer service is terrible. Sprinkles, Georgetown, and Heaven Sent Cupcakery Cupcakes exceeds these by leaps and bounds and they all have EXCELLECT Customer service. Oh and their cupcakes are half the price. Sugar Vault is true to its name. The frosting like many have complained has no flavor and measures about a third of a cup in ratio to the cupcake and is unbarerably sweet. The cupcake lacked moisture and was a bit dense. The red velvet did not have a red velvet flavor. Oh and you can't go in to see what you are buying. This is the only bakery that will not allow you to enter even in small numbers rotating thru. Buyer beware...price far exceeds the value. $7 cupcakes, $16 cinnamon roll (haven't yet tried the cinnamon roll). Bought 2 red velvet cupcakes taste tested one and threw the frosting and other cupcake out.“

I appreciate the customer care and the help from the store leadership. I can only hope my feedback offered a teachable moment for the young people who you employ. ZERO stars if this was an option! I ordered using the Cold Stone app. They used GrubHub to deliver. It took an hour from order to delivery. Upon delivery one of the scoops was half melted and the one pictured arrived EXACTLY how you see it. No, we did not dive in and eat any first. It was completely melted and only half filled. It was supposed to be a kids scoop but instead we received a full chunk of brownie with no attempt of mixing in and a faint white liquid in the bottom I am assuming they were passing off as the ice cream. I hate this location. It looks like they did not place it in the cooler while waiting for the driver to pick up. Every time I say I will NEVER return I always go back and almost immediately regret it. To add injury to insult concerning this experience, I called the store and was passed on to another employee without warning after explaining in great detail. 2nd person said she was the manager, she appeared to be unknowledgeable on how to handle the situation and unwilling to offer a customer recovery resolution. She offered to look into it and call me back. When she did get back with me, she stated I would get a refund for the one that was completely melted. No apology that it arrived that way or not any remorse for one person having to go without ice cream while the other was able to indulge. I have no idea how this place manages to stay in business because they have the worst employees ever. Right across the street Rita's has staff in the same demographic and they offer excellent guest service.“

“When I went, the gal that helped us was newer. She honestly seemed annoyed that there were even customers in the store. That being said though, I’ve been to this specific cold stone at least once a week for the last year. I personally always get the triple pint. For the first time ever being there, this employee served the perfect portion size for my order and my friend’s order. As much as I love having that little bit extra that I some times get in a cup, I know as a former manager at a restaurant, that the extra comes at a huge cost of the business sometimes. I’m sure she’s already gotten several complaints about “not serving a full amount” and that’s probably why she seems so tired of people. Sounds weird to say, but I was actually happy with her serving a non-messy, non-wasteful portion. :) I do love my normal people too, but I just wanted to add that bit.“
