“My wife and I were stuck in Washington, DC because of a weather related airplane cancellation. Since it was Christmas Day, our options for dinner were limited. We were very pleased to have chosen the Ottoman taverna. The food was phenomenal. The service was impeccable and I would recommend this to anybody looking for a dining experience in Washington, DC. While it is certainly not cheap, it is not terribly expensive either. The food was unbelievably delicious. Oddly, our Lyft driver who delivered us to the door happened to be Turkish and was telling us how great the place was as we arrived.“

“Bruhhhh when I need my hookah fix this is the spottttt! Also the drinks are really strong and straight to the point. The lights in here are pretty cool at night! The staff don't waste anytime when it comes to serving you and making sure your needs are met. I also love the music here.. it's varies from hip hop to reggae and some Afro beats. Overall a chill spot.. got some ratchet people passing thru but all is well when ya got that hookah in ya system.“
“Great place to get lunch and ample seating. Used to frequent the one in Alexandria but now the Greenbelt one is closer. I love the food and the service. The ladies are always nice. Entrance can be tricky but after a few times easy to find. Chicken/Steak pita is my go-to! Affordable and filling lunch option.“
