“The women working here are sooo sweet and patient! I came with my young son to get my birthday scoop and get him a scoop too. They patiently waited for us to make our choice and gave it to us with a smile :). Plus the ice cream is delicious, just loaded with flavors! We got pralines and cream and cherry jubilee, and ate at the tables. The store is very clean and calm at 3:30 on a weekday.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid-friendly! The server gave my son a lot of time to choose ice cream, and let him pick a few flavors. She was very patient!“

“I like this Dunkin, but I had to take a star off because they are very inconsistent with the drinks. I come here a few times a week and sometimes my drinks are perfect and sometimes they’re lacking. When I get iced coffee there’s either too much or not enough cream even though I order the same amount every time, or perfect sweetness or not nearly enough. I literally order the same thing but it’s always different, unfortunately. Even the lemonade tea is not consistent. Got it last week with added liquid cane and it was perfect. Got it this week the same exact way and it was watery, barely any lemonade flavor, and not very sweet at all.“

“I love coming to DD but there is a small problem. On the weekends homeless people come in and beg for money and some of them even sleep at the tables. The employees don't say a word to them. As a Dunkin fanatic, It’s really disappointing how some Dunkin’s make watered-down espresso, half brewed cold brew, or sell iced coffee as cold brew. This location always has great tasting cold brew and I’m just hoping it stays that way!

Parking: The Harris Tester parking garage is one left away from the Dunkin. Depending on your spot it’s a 1 minute walk. I also see people temporarily park behind the building and bank lane (I don’t think this is encouraged) Always plenty of well lit parking. If you want to park closer there is paid street parking.“

“I don't generally leave reviews, but this store and the employees here definitely deserve it. I have frequented this location for more than 2 years, and the employees here are second to none! It's always a welcoming feeling when people recognize you and remember you. They see hundreds of people every day, but when they spot you and offer a smile and a pleasant tone and then remember something small about you (or even remember your order) it says a lot about the community you and them have built TOGETHER. From the moment I pull up, between Molly or Jay, they ALWAYS know my car and my order before I even speak! Bela runs the drive thru window with ease and always has a kind word and warm smile. Balvider (I really hope that I'm spelling her name right) moves with efficiency and is always ready with a wave and smile. Mr. Patel (the BossMan), with his signature leather fedora, is also always so welcoming. In a world where the ART of genuine customer service is increasingly being lost, the folks at this Dunkin really seem to enjoy what they do. It's like getting a warm hug from family whenever I walk in or drive up. And even in the rare instance that my order is incorrect, they never cease to correct it with a smile. I'm so thankful for the fellowship that happens whenever I go there because I know that I will leave with more warmth in my cup as well as my heart ❤️“

“I absolutely ADORE this place. I am there at least 4x’s week. The place is clean & food is always fresh but…The service alone is always amazing! They make you feel welcomed. No matter the time of day or how extremely busy they can get. I’ve been there a few times when it just wasn’t a good day for me but they always seem to put a smile on my face just by being welcoming. I attached the video just to show how animated a simple greeting can get. Sometimes, just a good greeting can get you on track. “For the record, you can get access to this Dunkin without being a tenant. We drove up, asked to be let in for the purpose of visiting the Dunkin, parked and walked in.

Parking: We had to get through an access gate. Over the intercom we just asked for visitor access to go to the Dunkin. We were able to then Park in free parking.“

I had already been a loyal Dunkin costumer, so when I heard about the addition of B.R, I knew I needed to give it a try! But the Baskin-Robbins ice cream here is exceptionally good, possibly due to the fact that they don't keep the freezer too cold, often a problem in ice cream shops which make the ice creams very hard. And the flavors seem more intense here“

My only issue is that I wish this location would step its game up a little. Maybe more Dunkin merchandise and more donut designs not just the basic donuts all the time. I’ve been to other locations and I’ve seen donuts made as spiders, ninja turtles, rainbows etc… step it up a little…. But besides that, I love it“

Instead I chose to call customer service to request a refund for the item not included in my order. The resolution took a chat session, two phone calls and a month to be realized!“
