Donuts near Gwynn Oak

“Chocolate eclairs of course!“

“The women working here are sooo sweet and patient! I came with my young son to get my birthday scoop and get him a scoop too. They patiently waited for us to make our choice and gave it to us with a smile :). Plus the ice cream is delicious, just loaded with flavors! We got pralines and cream and cherry jubilee, and ate at the tables. The store is very clean and calm at 3:30 on a weekday.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid-friendly! The server gave my son a lot of time to choose ice cream, and let him pick a few flavors. She was very patient!“

“I went for the first time over the weekend. The place was so clean and the employees were very friendly! I loved the options that I got to pick from that day! The store is great and I will be going back as soon as possible!“

“fast, friendly and great customer service!!!!“

“Amazing donut truck with THE BEST ICED COFFEE! I booked Deddles for a work event and from start to finish it was a smooth process with great communication. The guys were raving about the donuts all day at work today!“

“First, I must say that I love original Krispy Kreme donuts. I also like the convenience of the drive thru. During my last visit I ordered the 3CT original glazed donuts with coffee and the 24CT donut dots.
The originals were hot and delicious. My sister enjoyed the coffee and my niece and nephew devoured the donut dots.“

“Excellent Service and Friendly Staff: "I always have a fantastic experience at this Dunkin'! The staff are incredibly friendly and efficient. They always greet me with a smile and make sure my order is just right. Great customer service!"“

“Weekend and evening staff are weird. Came in last weekend for a few items with two coffees and there were some chemicals of some sort in it because my stomach was burning. Was told to come and get a free coffee. Came in this week and another person was there with a scarf around his face began to laugh and minimize my issue. Then began to uncontrollably laugh then left out the front to go into the back then grabbed a cup and poured the coffee after seemingly dropping something in it after turning sideways from his finger that seemed to be stuck because he kept shaking it over my cup. Didn’t think once about drinking it. The morning shift is amazing and I love them. However they need to be mindful of the tall guy that like to like the croissants in the morning and place them I a plastic bin. He’s weird too.“

“Love this place. I’m not a coffee drinker but Dunkin changes my mind every time I walk thru the door. Oh and my friend Jae Beard gets me to try everything new. I say no but I do anyways🍩☕️“

“I love this location! The fast, friendly service they provide is hard to find these days. I come every morning and they take the time to remember my name and my coffee with just a little espresso! I am truly a fan and highly recommend it. Come in and see for yourself! ☕️“

“it's a nice spot to go to real quick on Monument St.“

“I just went in to get my daughter's boyfriend and ice cream cake since he was unsuccessful in finding one in the grocery store. It was clean with a good selection of cakes. I really don't remember seeing any donuts. I also had to call someone to assist me, which is ridiculous since I was basically their only customer.
I don't like ice cream cake so I can't comment on the taste.“

“This dunkin' donuts was very clean. The staff was very personable. The donuts were amazing they were so fresh I even had some left over the next day and they were still very fresh. I recommend if you're getting your donuts I will go to this dunkin' donuts.“

“I love ❤️ Dunkin’ Donuts just wish the ones near me would fill the munchkins with cream and jelly“

“This Dunkin’ Donuts truly deserves every bit of a 5-star review! The staff here are absolutely incredible—consistently kind, welcoming, and genuinely friendly every single time I walk in. What really sets this location apart is the personal touch they bring to every visit. They actually remember my order, and more often than not, it’s already being prepared or ready by the time I get to the register. That level of attentiveness and care is so rare and makes my mornings that much better.

It’s clear that the team takes pride in what they do, and it shows in both their customer service and the overall experience. No matter how busy it gets, they always manage to keep a positive attitude and make everyone feel valued. This is hands-down one of the best Dunkin’ locations I’ve ever been to—super friendly, efficient, and always amazing!“

“Please train the one down the street ( by franklin blvd) how to do their job.. you all are great and I am so missing your location now that I am forced to deal with the incompetent and awful service down here :( miss yall!“

“Best coffee, food and service!!!! I highly recommend this Dunkin location. They treat you like family!!!“

“The young lady working today was incredible. In the time it took me to quickly order a coffee on the kiosk, she was able to check out two other customers AND had my coffee done 30 seconds after the order was placed. Great coffee, and even better service. Thank you!“

“always great service there“

“Fast window(s) service, they gave 2. A drive thru nd walk up to. I went when it was free chill mitten day. I was mad, because I got there 5 mins early and ask for it. They still said I had to wait 5 mins 😒 for the mitt. Oh, its a no sitting D&D. Drive thru and walk up only.“

“Coffee is always great iced or hot. A few nice employees and a few nasty ones. I only come at night because the crew seems so much nicer.“

“The teas are delicious. I usually get the green tea 🍵. Because I love herbal teas“

“Simply the best coffee ever. Try it with caramel syrup. The breakfast sandwiches are also tasty and a quick bite. *****“

“One of the best Dunkins I have been too with regard to service! They are very fast and will remember you! They know my name and order after just a couple times. They are super nice and friendly! I highly recommend coming here for your Dunkin! I come at least once a week!“

“Thanks for my burnt sandwich 😩“

“I heard this place was pretty good and you get extra munchkins sometimes“

“love running on Dunkin !“

“This is a well-run operation with quick and pleasant service! Sujan is particularly helpful, and everything I've gotten from them is delicious!“

“This is the best DD in the area. We go out of our way to go here if we aren’t near it. They have never gotten our order wrong! ZERO TIMES ORDER WRONG! They are always pleasant, quick and so nice! I think he’s the manager, this morning he saw my 2 girls in the car and said his hellos and GAVE THEM A UNICORN CROWN! I told my girls that was a sign we were going to have a great day! 10 out of 10. Much better than Starbucks!“

“This location is usually busy during mornings. My order, placed via the Dunkin' app, was incomplete, but I didn't realize it until I got back home. I called to inform them about the mistake. The manager, I believe, was kind, apologetic and offered to resolve the matter whenever I stopped in again. Instead I chose to call customer service to request a refund for the item not included in my order. The resolution took a chat session, two phone calls and a month to be realized!“

“We’ve been coming to this location for decades. The current owners graciously maintain a cafe atmosphere for the locals.“

“The best location in Maryland for donuts, coffee, tea and ice cream.

I always receive quality service from this location. They serve great food, fresh donuts and hot lattes. Freshly brewed Tea, and if you're in the mood for ice cream, you can always count on a delicious sundae. The staff is always friendly and courteous.“

“The staff is supper friendly“

“The frozen Mocha coffee was good but not cold enough. Needs more ice like Starbucks. I was just a little disappointed tasted more like a shake.“

“I came to this location because the location by Halethorpe Marc sucks. Anywhere, I always have my dog with me in the morning and the lady at the drive thru gave him some hashbrowns. Mayhem was very excited and enjoyed them. That's great customer service for me I'll be back. Whoever the lady was at the window on 3/13 @ 5:30ish and you gave me a couple of hasbrowns Thank You 💜💜🐶“

“I know that Dunkin donuts are the best in there, My favorite chocolate frosting 🍩 and glaze.“

“The girls here are AMAZING!!!! They are always so friendly!“

“Besides being a steeler fan living in Baltimore and having to drink out of this cup all season... 5/5“

“best dunkin i ever been too. People are complaining about the service being slow and the food not being right, not everyday is the same day. the only that matters is the customer service you get from the staff. love the staff becoming here since i moved.“

“love the workers💞😍 I go here every single day“

“I honestly have never had any problems here. Everyone is super nice and I come in regularly so I know everyone who works there. Whenever my order is messed up they always quickly fix it up and offer me to keep the wrong order and make me my correct order.“

“This Dunkin has never done me wrong. Whether I'm coming in the morning or afternoon, my mobile order is always correct and ready when I walk in the door. The food is always hot, everything is clean, and the coffee is always delicious! This location really cares about quality!“

“the drive through working window on wednesday made sure everyone started their day off great! He was so wonderful and friendly and really had great vibes! I also ordered two boxes of munchkins and had requested no powdered and was very happy that there was not a single powdered donut in the 100 munchkins, so I really appreciated that. I definitely will be back!“

“The lady working today was so kind!!! I was hot and exhausted. I wanted a frozen coffee without all the sugar. She told me she could do just that. I was so appreciative!!! I’ve asked at other Dunkin’s in Florida and they said it wasn’t possible. So cheers to the impossible becoming possible!!!“

“One of the best in town, primarily due to the extremely friendly personable and accommodating staff. But the Baskin-Robbins ice cream here is exceptionally good, possibly due to the fact that they don't keep the freezer too cold, often a problem in ice cream shops which make the ice creams very hard. And the flavors seem more intense here“

“For the record, you can get access to this Dunkin without being a tenant. We drove up, asked to be let in for the purpose of visiting the Dunkin, parked and walked in.
My daughter and I have been visiting the various Dunkins in Baltimore City and found this one to be exceptional!

Parking: We had to get through an access gate. Over the intercom we just asked for visitor access to go to the Dunkin. We were able to then Park in free parking.“
