“We have enjoyed Mission BBQ over the years and we decided to have Mission cater our wedding. We were surprised with the extent of services they offered! Not only did they provide the BBQ with sides but we also got appetizers (Cocktail Shrimp and Caprese Skewers), cake cutting service, and excellent cleanup of the buffet area. We even got a card from the staff and a phone call thanking us for choosing them and wishing us well. We want to shout-out Kathryn Donn for her exceptional work in helping us with this catering experience. She went above and beyond in preparing for this event with excellent customer service. “My daughter and I tried The HH BBQ for the first time a few weeks ago. The best tasting food we’ve had in a long time. I had the ribs and they did not disappoint!! The ribs were tender, moist and very flavorful. My daughter had a cheeseburger and she loved it! The price is affordable. We watch every week for the location near us!! “First time visiting here. Halal BBQ is a relatively new concept around here and wanted them ncheck it out. Ordered two Halal Beef Brisket sandwich combos with french fries and a canned soft drink each, a Halal Bacon and Brisket combo sandwich with curly fries and can of coke, Mozzarella cheese sticks combo and a chicken tender serving. Overall the family enjoyed the food, my beef bacon was over cooked and the strips of beef brisket were thin slivers of meat with a barely discernable flavor coated with copious amounts of BBQ sauce. First impression was so-so, for me. Seating was barely adequate with people standing over your head to order. It was night time and rainy sonif they have outdoor seating, it was not part of the equation tonight. I will definitely visit again as I like to support small upcoming businesses and I like the concept of contemporary American food for those who prefer to eat Halal.“

“I recently hosted a party at my house to celebrate the end of our card season. Some members of our card league wanted to go to a fancy restaurant, but most were happy with the idea of a house party. I ordered pulled pork, brisket, and smoked turkey from Weiland’s and the food was great. The attendees raved about each selection, and the total cost came to less than $15.00 a person. We could not have gone to a restaurant for that amount. Highly recommend!“

I ordered the Lamb Curry. I definitely picked the hottest flavor and I'm definitely impressed. This flavor touched my ancestors. The lamb itself was juicy and tender. And the Garlic naan was perfectly seasoned.

I only gave a 4 star because I think a 20 dollar meal should come with at least 1 slice of naan as a meal. We should not be paying a separate price for something that should go with the meal. Especially when the meal is over 20 dollars. Blasphemy.

But perfect food. And because I Did call ahead to find out about the naan, I was able to speak to someone and they were very pleasant and helpful.“

Definitely a go to for the future & much better than any cheesesteak I had in Philly. I got the fish steak to go. Otherwise, we would have missed out on experiencing the service that Shaun provided. Even though he serviced several other tables, he still extended the same amount of attention and care to each of us. His level of customer services was more than just “excellent.” It was “superb.” He made us feel like we were valued and he didn’t miss an opportunity to check to see if we had everything we needed and we were enjoying our meal. If I were hiring, Shaun would be my first selection and he would be used as that model employee to train others on what is expected of them as a representative of the company and what we want our customers to experience. “We stopped by for Thai food but noticed an abundance of Korean restaurants in the mall. After a quick Google Maps check, we chose this one—and it did not disappoint! The authenticity was evident, with all the staff being Korean and only a few speaking English.

The food was excellent for the price. We ordered the special combination for two, which was more than enough for three—my husband, teen son, and me. The highlight was the thick pork belly: it looked greasy at first, but once grilled and cut into bite-sized pieces, it was incredible. The fat rendered out, leaving the meat perfectly crispy and chewy.

The two men also shared a seafood pancake, while I was already satisfied with the small dishes—like the steamed egg and soup—that came with the meal.“
