“I go here often and order delivery. Food is great! Very fresh! Could use a renovation inside a little more fancier with fish tanks inside to look at while you eat. Nice atmosphere music playing. Nice after eating, to bring a scoop of orange sherbet with fortune cookie on top and a hot wash cloth to clean hands. I’ve been to one in Odenton that does it. It’s very nice inside.“

“I luv this place for carryout lunch. I usually get the tofu and mixed vegetables (2 orders), and it's always fresh and delicious. You can look from the counter you order from back in the kitchen and always see tons of fresh produce being prepared. The staff has always been friendly, and the quantity and quality is quite good for the price.Prices took a jump of about $1 on a previous $8 order , but that's typical inflation I guess. otherwise food is quite reasonable.“

“This restaurant is the best I've been in the city.
The food is delicious and not pricey, the ambiance is great, and the Peking Duck is amazing.
On top of that, management gives a lot of importance to each and every customer. It really feels like you are received as a guest, and not just as a client.

“Order via phone. Customer service was the best thing about it. Was over charged per their menu of about $3 more. Online it stated they would charge 3 more of lo mein substitute instead of rice, so that was another $3 over the menu price. Food was standard tasting nothing special. Order was off too. Ordered cheese wonton and got something with meat in it. Ordered plain fried rice and got chicken fried rice with little flavoring. The general tso was mostly breading and sauce, and the broccoli wasn't cooked to softness. Will not go back.“

“I had to stop eating to post my appreciation for this restaurant. This is my second time patronizing them: first time I sat in for a quick bite with my sister, and this time I ordered for pick up. Both times service was quick and friendly. The restaurant itself is simple, almost cafeteria-like, but the staff is kind and accomodating....and the soups are delicious! “The lamb skewers were tender and packed with flavor, and the liang pi cold noodles were so refreshing. Everything feels authentic, like you’re eating at a spot in Xi’an. The service was quick, and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. 5 stars all the way!“

“The noodle soup was so flavorful and was perfect! I had the signature dish Lanzhou Beef Noodle Soup with thin noodles. The noodles are hand pulled and made fresh every day and you can tell by the excellent texture and flavor! My new favorite restaurant! Also we were honored by four songs excellently played on the baby grand piano. Thank you for a delightful dinner, perfect service, and inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend Chopin Noodle House and look forward to trying more dishes on the menu. ❤“

“We visited this evening. Food was fantastic! I really enjoyed the soup dumplings! The staff was super courteous. I had brought in dessert (a cake) from outside and they were super nice about it. They even offered to refrigerate it for us! After dinner, they brought us fresh plates, forks and a knife. Despite being very busy they also don't rush you too much.“

“i was hesitant bc it's hard to find a place that makes beef & broccoli the way i enjoy it. just gotta say... pleasantly surprised! i no longer have to go to columbia near route 1 for my favorite beef & broccoli anymore when i can get the same flavor and possibly even better quality right around the corner! the portions were supposed to be small... but they were GIGANTIC!!! Moms looked like she didn't even eat anything! she said she used to eat there all the time when she worked so she was happy to find it again... and that the quality was still on par! my beef was tender and flavorful and the broccoli was nice and squishy with a bit of firm crunch. soaked up all that flavor in the florets... just delicious! China taste indeed, thank you!“

“Tried them for the first time today and am sold. Best Chinese food my wife and I have tasted in ages, and we lived in NYC for 4 years. Singapore mei fun - excellent. Happy family - excellent. Combination fried rice - excellent. Shrimp egg rolls - best I've ever tasted, anywhere. Steamed dumplings - very good, but the wrapping was a bit thick and the sauce was a bit scanty. We look forward to trying many, many more selections. Great job!“

“Best steamed dumplings and wonton soup/egg drop wonton soup around. Dumplings are made in house and are full of meat. The wonton in the soup are full of meat too with a great broth. I haven’t been disappointed with anything there but those soup and dumplings are my go to dinner and it hits the spot every time.“

I ordered the Orange Chicken, which came with steamed white rice, a Vegetable Spring Roll, and a Cheese Steak Roll through the Uber Eats app. The food was absolutely delicious 🤤till the point I didn’t want my food to finish. “I finally had the infamous Dirty Yak Spicy with shrimp and extra egg and….I enjoyed it! It was true to its word when they said spicy which I can appreciate. Once ya nose start running…..that’s how you know it’s hot! I like the noodle consistency and texture. The ratio of noodle to shrimp was good. It was well seasoned. Great portion size for the price. The wait time was prompt. No complaints here. Look forward to trying other items on the menu in the future.“

Everything was perfect, even parking wasn’t a challenge!

The atmosphere was calm like a coffee shop, the music wasn’t too loud. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

My husband and I ordered the egg and scallion fried rice, Kung Pao Chicken, pork soup dumplings, Mongolian beef with scallions, BBQ Bao Buns, a hot yuzu citrus tea, and a passion fruit green tea

All teas and drinks are made to order. I was able to customize my tea which I loved. I’m a Type I diabetic so when I go to restaurants I usually can only order a Diet Coke or water. I ordered this tea without sugar and added stevia.

“I used to never see anyone going in there and one day I decided to try it and oh my goodness the food is absolutely delicious and even though I've never seen anybody go in there they STAY BUSY and you get your food in a timely manner. I give it a five-star atmosphere because once entered and you see the people in there the customers everyone is just so nice and patiently waiting even striking up conversations with each other except for one of my neighbors she called and gave them a hard way to go because she was charged for extra shrimp 🦐 as if she didn't know yes there is a cost for extras. There's only two people that work in there the lady and I guess it may be her husband and they work very hard preparing orders. I'm sold on this business.“

“Wow! This food was so good. Their $2 fries are phenomenal! My son loves their cheeseburger sub. We finally tried the Shrimp Fried Yak and I was blown away. They put a nice amount of shrimp in there. I should have gotten an extra boiled egg. Too bad they open late.“

“This is my go-to spot in Mondawmin Mall whenever I’m hungry and need something quick, cheap, and filling. I’ve ordered from China Yum at least 8–10 times now (mostly online pickup or delivery), and it never disappoints. The portions are HUGE — one combo plate (General Tso’s or sesame chicken with fried rice and an egg roll) easily feeds me for two meals, and it’s only $9–$12. Chicken is always crispy, sauce is flavorful (nice sweet heat), rice is fresh, and veggies are cooked just right.
Online ordering is smooth, food is ready fast even during lunch rush, and the staff is friendly and gets the order right every time. Delivery through DoorDash/Uber Eats comes hot and accurate too. For mall food court Chinese, this place is consistently the best option in the area — way better than average. If you’re shopping at Target or just passing through, stop here. You won’t be mad. “I haven't bought Chinese food in years but I remember an ex loved the food from this place so craving some shrimp egg foo young with fried vegetable rice I went and was very pleased they don't take CC BUT! they do take cash app so that made the experience a new one free young guys may hang around the store FREQUENTLY but they don't be on nothing think they have some mutual respect for the owner and the owner of the store pretty friendly so don't be put off food is real good store is clean if you haven't give them a shot“

“The wings were perfect and the fries were so crispy. Tasted like it was cooked in fresh oil and they let me get my own hit mustard, duck sauce, hot sauce and ketchup that's very rare. I ordered on my lunch and picked it up in less than 10 mins. Wasn't able to eat my egg rolls but they were still crispy when I got them home. I will definitely return to this location again. It's hard to find a good wing spot and I think I found mine.“
