“I was having a rough morning as I missed my early morning flight out of BWI. To pass the time until my now afternoon flight, I decided to go to Starbucks. My mood instantaneously changed upon walking into this Starbucks. From the vibes of their playlist to the warm greetings of their energetic staff was shifting my outlook on my day. Anastasia, Reese, April, Jordan not only suggested a new pumpkin drink I should try (that will now be my go to ?) but they also had each of their regulars orders pre made and greeted them by name. I can’t rave about this crew enough! It’s staff like them that really make an experience from good to immaculate!“
“I come here when I'm in town for work and always appreciate the great, friendly service. Today I especially appreciated that they double-cupped my coffee since they were out of the sleeves that protect your hand from the heat. The music is always a little louder than I like to start my day off with, but overall I love this Starbucks location.“
“I just wanted to take a moment and thank Philip and the Starbucks family at the Annapolis Road Starbucks located in the Ridgeview Shopping Center. We had a last minute request to help us cater a morning breakfast for over 250 guests. Philip told me not to worry and that he would help as best as he could.
