“We had an amazing dining experience recently when 3 of us decided to eat at a restaurant outside of the hotel where we were staying. I am so glad we chose Longhorn. Otherwise, we would have missed out on experiencing the service that Shaun provided. Even though he serviced several other tables, he still extended the same amount of attention and care to each of us. His level of customer services was more than just “excellent.” It was “superb.” He made us feel like we were valued and he didn’t miss an opportunity to check to see if we had everything we needed and we were enjoying our meal. The food was absolutely delicious. If I were hiring, Shaun would be my first selection and he would be used as that model employee to train others on what is expected of them as a representative of the company and what we want our customers to experience. Shaun, keep up the good work. We will be back soon.“

“I had the pleasure of being served by Kamora, and she was absolutely amazing. From the moment she greeted us, she was warm, personable, and genuinely attentive. She checked in at all the right times, made sure we had everything we needed, and her friendly energy made the entire experience even better. I highly recommend the wine flight! It's all you need for the night. The food was great! The only down side was that they weren't serving the Wagyu menu items as stated on their first website.“

“We, had lunch at this location on Nov 10th. The service was very poor and the order came out wrong. The waiter never offered to refill our drinks. We, ended up sending food back and had taken off the bill. I, asked for a manager and the waiter only came back. This was a VERY poor experience. The waiter sucked, They may need new management.“

“We had the fried green tomatoes as our first appetizer. They were tender and topped with lumps of crabmeat. Spectacular! Then we had the fried cheese appetizer. I can’t remember the name of the cheese, but it was delicious in the accompanying sauce and olive oil and pesto. All of the dishes we had came out perfect. My filet medallions were so tender,they melted in my mouth. Hubby got the pork loin over mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts and loved it. We will definitely come back!“

Good value. \n\nStandard American steakhouse interior, sometimes the booths are not very clean. \n\nThe service can be inconsistent but never bad. This time the glitch was with the bartender, he didn’t understand when the waiter put in the manhattan cocktail need to be made with a specific bourbon. And came down with 2 drinks & seemed a little irritated. Not a cohesive work relationship revealed right there. Looked certain employees might need some reminders or retraining .\n\nOverall. We are satisfied with longhorn, and will return.“

“I took my dad tonight for Father’s Day and it was very busy. We were told an hour and half wait so we waited. From the crew at the reservation desk to the lady who took is us to our table and Evan our waiter everything was awesome. Even with being crazy busy service was great and food was great. All 4 of us took advantage of the 3 course meal that comes with your choice of soup or salad, main entree and a slice of cheesecake for dessert. Two of us ordered the Bloomin Burger, which has the elements of the popular Bloomin Onion appetizer on a cheeseburger. The slight crunch from the crispy Onion as well as the tangy and slight spice of the Bloomin sauce sets the burger off well. Another entree in the 3 course that someone else got was the coconut shrimp, which were bigger than we anticipated which is a good thing, and the cheesecake we all ordered at the end of the 3 course meals was nice and creamy, with a crispy graham cracker crust that was awesome topped with the raspberry sauce. And shout out to our waitress Autumn who was attentive to our table's needs during our visit. She definitely made our table feel at home as we dined. Lastly, the price point of $14.99 for the 3 course meal was a great deal for the amount of food received. Will definitely consider coming back here in the future to try different food combinations.“
