“We've been here a number of times. Typically it's because of a soccer event, and not by choice. I don't particularly like the food. The only restaurant i know that won't cook a burger to a desired doneness. Every time i see an order or side of fries, it's like they're from the bottom of the bag. Small little potato bits. Have to eat with a fork to get enough to fill my mouth. Service is hit and miss, especially when you're stuffed in the back dining room.“

Juanita recommended so many things to help make my experience so enjoyable. The food was outstanding! She recommended the buffet so that I could try several things I was interested in. Others on the staff showed me some presentations for the way some items are traditionally served. What a wonderful dining experience in Bel Air! Highly recommend this restaurant!“

“I just have to share the fantastic experience we had tonight. My husband and I went to The Local around 6:30 pm (prime time without reservations lol). The only available seats were a high top table in the bar area. They asked us if that was ok and we said “sure”. Within a minute or so after being seated, it became apparent that our vision of a nice relaxing dinner would be impossible in that room. The Preakness was about to begin, and that bar was loud and hopping! Don’t get me wrong, I’m not complaining, I love to see people enjoying themselves. It was a party, but just wasn’t our vibe tonight. We decided we would go elsewhere. We politely informed the hostess that we were going to leave because it was just a tad too noisy, but that we would definitely return again soon. We stressed that we were not mad, or upset. As we were walking to our car, a very nice gentleman followed us out and asked if we would consider returning if they could sit us elsewhere. We said “Of course!” We didn’t think there were any other available tables, but he said they would work something out for us. We told him we didn’t expect them to go out of their way for us and that we could wait. Within five minutes, we were seated at a lovely table in the dining room. We later learned the gentleman that helped us was none other than the owner/ executive chef Zack. We went on to have a delicious dinner with the most attentive and charming server. They demonstrated exemplary customer service, which sadly is lacking in many other establishments. We weren’t expecting any special treatment, but they certainly went above and beyond for us, and it was very much appreciated! When we were leaving, Zack happened to be outside, so he made sure to ask how our experience was. We told him it was amazing, and that his restaurant has been one of our favorites since it opened. We told him we would be back soon. Our experience there tonight is just one of many examples why this restaurant stands out, and why we will always highly recommend them! “Great Ramen! I forgot my biker leather jacket there about a month or so ago and I had got all the way back to my desk at my job when I realized that I left my jacket at Akira Ramen. I raced back there to get my jacket mostly because my car keys were in my pocket. I was panicking because my car was parked in a pay for the day public garage. I when I arrived the staff returned my jacket to me with my car keys in the pocket. Not only is the Ramen Great, the staff was good enough to hold my jacket for me until I returned. “I’ve been coming to Naz’s for a while and it’s usually the only place open after I get off work. The workers are always super nice and the food is definitely worth every penny. “I had an absolutely fantastic experience at honeygrow! The food here is always incredibly fresh, wholesome, and packed with flavor, but what really made this visit stand out was the exceptional service.
A worker named Eli went completely above and beyond to help me out. I was having trouble deciding what to get, and Eli was incredibly patient, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. He walked me through the different stir-fry and salad options, offered some amazing customization recommendations, and made sure everything was prepared exactly to my liking.
It is rare to encounter that level of genuine hospitality and helpfulness these days. Eli is a massive asset to this team! Between the delicious, high-quality food and the top-tier customer service, I will definitely be a regular here.

“My husband and I have dined at Basta Pasta on numerous occasions, preferring to sit at the bar, and have never been disappointed. The service at the bar is excellent and the food is delicious. You get a lot of bang for your buck with the salad and breadsticks with the meal too. Drinks are always well made and we are never left waiting long for refills or food. The entire staff are always top-notch and on top of everything, professional, hardworking, and polite. We appreciate this local restaurant and will continue to frequent it. “On July 25th I ordered 1 doz. Large Steamed Crabs ($95) from Madonna Seafood. Madonna "used" to be the best place for crabs. They were always consistently seasoned well....that was not the case yesterday. This dozen was completely dried out...they were either VERY overcooked or my guess is they were re-cooked. Definitely not worth $95....please retrain your steaming team or you will lose business. i will be going elsewhere.“

“An unexpected hospital stay changed our plans for Valentine’s Day, but a week later we were able to do carry out. I had the Linguine Primavera with EVOO and my husband had the Chicken Marsala with fettuccine. The meals were fresh, flavorful and seasoned perfectly. Warm soft crusty rolls added to our enjoyment. Portions were so large, it provided a second night’s dinner! This wasn’t our first meal from Acapella and they have always been on point. Will certainly be back!“

After a miscommunication between myself and the (external) caterer, who was providing food for the event, I was left scrambling to figure out how to accommodate all of my guests in a very short amount of time. “The food is always good at this location. They seem a little short on staff, but that is certainly understandable due to the fact that Harford Mall is in decline. IMO, they cant afford to have more staff due to lower traffic. The upside is that you rarely have to wait to be seated.

The veal parm with penne and meat sauce is perfection — tender, flavorful, and cooked exactly the way true Italian comfort food should be. It’s easily one of the best veal parms I’ve ever had. And the mussels? WOW. Truly the best mussels around — fresh, perfectly seasoned, and bursting with flavor. I could come here just for those alone! To top it off, their espresso martinis are to die for. Smooth, balanced, and delicious every single time — the perfect drink to pair with a great meal. Jake does a great job! “We order carry out but my wife said the inside is really clean when she picked up. We both got Pho and an order of Chicken Satay. Bill was $40ish, so a good price and the portions were large for that price. The Pho was awesome and had all the fixings and since we did carry out the containers were all perfectly separated so you could build it your self. The Chicken Satay was really flavorful and was like 2 chicken thighs on each skewer and there was 4 skewers total. Really really great, hate to say it but the Pho could have used some salt or something it was a little bland but I took it as being healthier because of that.“
