“First time visiting Brookside Inn and we were blown away! The food was outstanding. The menu is so descriptive that it makes you want to try everything you’d honestly have to come back multiple times just to experience it all. We also loved that they support Hemp’s Meat, a local meat locker. The staff was absolutely phenomenal. Our waitress, Kaylor, was incredible she memorized all of our orders and provided excellent service throughout the entire meal. Everything was cooked to perfection. My husband had the jalapeño burger, I had the beef brisket sandwich, and our daughter ordered the buffalo wings. The wings alone were worth the money very meaty and cooked perfectly. We’re already looking forward to going back and truly believe this will become our new go-to dining spot!“

“This place will make you question your preconceived notions on what a burger can be. The smash/sear was good, and the seasoning and overall flavor was excellent. There is so much ground bacon in here that it definitely is reminiscent of a sausage patty, but the beef keeps it from getting too busy. I would have liked if the candied jalapenos were on top of the burger rather than below, but the bun was toasted enough to handle it. I can't say that this burger is something I could eat every day, but it's a nice treat.

I got the standard fries, and the best comparison I can make for the fries is that they are essentially five guys style fries, but served hot and cooked a bit longer. The portion size was generous for the price; I can't argue with it. A great fry can stand alone with just salt, but these aren't quite there for me. In hindsight, I would get the old bay fries.

I paid about $14-15 for a build your own burger, with additions for a second patty and bacon and $5 for fries. For a local place putting out good food, not a bad value at all.“

“This 24-hour diner attached to the Travelodge in Brunswick,Maryland is a throwback to the diners of the 1950s. We were looking for a decent meal after being on the road all day, and came upon this diner. The two women, Olivia and Kara who were working there could not have made the experience better. They were friendly, accommodated a special request for my husband, who was in the mood for an open-faced, hot turkey sandwich with gravy. They made the gravy as a special accommodation. The restaurant was clean, well-maintained, and the food was delicious. I would not hesitate to grab a meal there if you’re in the area.“

“They're using an AI wasn't able to communicate very well but hey I got my burger and got my order and got my food it is what it is to expect it wasn't bad. So atmosphere doesn't really apply for a place like this but it didn't look like overly dangerous or dirty or anything in that regards.“

“Sharon in the green shirt gives this restaurant a 5/5. I stopped in with my son late last week. Location was right off the hwy and it was busy. It looked like Sharon was running both the front drive through window, getting her own orders, and and running lobby counter... I only needed counter service b/c McD kiosks don't have a cheeseburger happy meal option ...
Despite being swamped Sharon slowed her pace down enough to carefully and slowly take my son's order and make sure that it was correct with what he wanted/didn't want and then she returned to her normal fast pace.
The owner might say that she's just doing her job BUT to the customer, she's set apart from a normal experience to a great restaurant experience.
PS - EFFICIENTLY running 3 stations when it's swamped should at least earn a performance Bonus.... Without that person, the store manager or the owner would likely have to come in or close early....“

“Went back to this location after a while, because my first go around the experience wasn’t so good (food issue). Gave it another shot after a while and this time there was no issues with the food. The issue was user error. Long story short, I thought part of my order was missing so I went back to the restaurant and told them that I was missing part of my order. They took care of me right away with no problem. I’ve been to restaurants where, despite their mistake the customer service is still horrible and they take no accountability. This 5 guys location replaced my order instantly. When I got home I noticed I placed my Cajun fries in a different bag. Even though I made an honest mistake, kudos to this staff for their excellent service.“

“Food was good. Only complaint was there a a homeless man at the front door inside shouting at anyone who came in asking to use your phone to call his phone cuz he lost it. Made me a little unsettled and the staff did nothing about it for a long time. They let him use the store phone a few times and no luck. So he continues to shout at anyone coming in the door to use there phones.“
