“the manger and the cashier was both being rude and I check my food it was wrong I gave them back twice they were yell at me and I was a special needs and I told them my food was was wrong I give them back the were arguing with me manger and the cashier was and I told the cashier and the manager I wasn't coming back at all“

Parking: Free parking, the Avenue gets very busy sometimes like on the weekends— it can be hard to get a spot. That’s unrelated to my review though because it has nothing to do with the business itself.

“When our car died, we went to Chick-fil-A while we waited for my husband to come jump the vehicle. We ordered one milkshake and asked for a few cherries. My son got one milkshake with an entire bottle of cherries on top and an entire bottle of cherries on the side. It made it what was a bad day, a very memorable and happy day for my 4-year old son! “Went through the drive thru at 2am with a very simple order. #7, Diet Pepsi, chips and cheese. They're out of chicken so I got steak, no big deal. The drink I got was wrong, and I got chips and no cheese. And it's impossible to get it right because the line is 10 deep.“

“I love the kale salad. However, I received a tasty rip-off at this location for $5.51. The container is less than half full for KALE!? I guess I was expecting at least one bunch of kale for almost $6. Organic grocery stores sell a bunch for about $3. A learning lesson?

“This is probably my favorite fast food stop for burgers. Their fries were crispy and delicious plus the burgers rarely disappoint. I'm surprised Checkers aren't more popular than they are but it might be a good thing because I can get fresh hot burgers fast every time! My kids love their food more than McDonald's, Wendy's and Burger King!!

Parking: A dozen or so parking spots available but never crowded as most people go thru the drive thru. Easy walk up to the window and friendly staff to get you.“

“Best chicken i have had in a very long time, i am from Montreal and i know if this was known Montreal royal farms would put kentucky fried chicken to shame and probably would go bankrupt. It was amazing. Too bad its a 10 hour drive from my hometown.“

“I had made a mistake with my order and forgot to adjust my pick up time. I attempted to notify the location right away just after clicking submit but they were having phone issues. I couldnt get there for several hours more. When arriving my meal had been sitting out for several hours. I had already spoken to the catering dept to ask them to remake the food and I did. The manager was sorry for the issue and right away made a new bowl for me. I hate wasting food. She was very kind about the whole thing and said she would check out the phones to see why they werent ringing. I had shown I attempted to call 16 times. She did say it has been rather quiet and would check on their system perhaps there was a phone problem. My main comment is about their service and without hesitation made my day much better even with my own error with the order. I would certainly recommend this location.“

“I went to Qdoba in BelAir last night for dinner. There was a line, which is expected because it's dinner rush. Everyone was working and moving. The audacity this chubby little man in basketball ball shorts had to yell at the cashier that they weren't moving fast enough and that their job isn't that difficult. His mask muffled the rest of his rant as he was on the phone crying as he waited for the rest of his carry out order. The staff handled it with class and professionalism and continued to serve the rest of the customers with friendly attitudes and smiles. The line moved quickly and the carry out orders were also moving at a decent pace.“

“I have almost always had a great experience at this chik fil a. The food is almost always on point and is handed over in a timely manner. Today wasn't the best though. I found one of my nuggets to be noticeably undercooked. Not enough to get me sick I don't think. This has happened twice now and I want everyone to know that if the nugget looks off be careful. Parking: Never have had a problem with parking may be alittle more difficult it you go when they r really busy like a holiday or the dinner rush maybe but there is plenty of free parking right there“

“This has to be the cleanest and most organized Taco Bell I’ve ever been in! The young man that was cleaning the dining room area did an amazing job!! He was cleaning up the trash outside as well.

I spoke to the manager and the other employees, they said he just does all of that on his own, he doesn’t have to instructed to do anything!

Every employee we had an interaction with was very nice, polite and cordial!!

“My experience today was a masterclass in professionalism by the three young employees behind the counter. I wish I knew their names, because they deserve all the praise and a nice pay raise for their efforts today. Ahead of me were two of the most obnoxious, ignorant, entitled women I have ever encountered. They commandeered the line for a lengthy period of time, ordering sandwich after sandwich, while face-timing to figure out what everyone else wanted (20 minutes at minimum; possibly longer). You can place an order ahead of time, folks. It's not that hard. The employees working this evening remained extremely professional, despite the ignorant behavior by these customers. When they finally and mercifully left the premises and I received my food, I commented those young people for their efforts in the face of that challenge and tipped them for that alone. To the owner of this location, whoever was working behind the counter past 5pm today deserves your thanks and respect. Give them a nice raise.“
