The atmosphere is incredible and the view is absolutely breathtaking and I could literally see the White House from where I was sitting, which made the night feel unforgettable. The space itself is stunning, beautifully designed, and every detail feels elevated. Even the bathrooms stood out and honestly some of the nicest I’ve ever seen anywhere. It’s rare to find a spot that combines a gorgeous view, great vibes, and such attention to detail, but Smoke and Mirrors nails it. Can’t wait to come back!“

The food? Impeccable. Every dish I’ve tried has been flavorful, fresh, and served hot. Whether you’re craving something savory or want to explore their drink menu, they deliver every single time. Their cocktails are strong, well-balanced, and beautifully presented.
But what really sets Mason apart is the vibe. The music, the crowd, the lighting—everything feels intentional and elevated. Whether you’re there for a chill dinner or turning up on the weekend, the energy is always just right. And the staff? Super friendly and attentive, which made my experience even better.
Mason Restaurant & Lounge is a hidden gem that deserves all the hype. It’s definitely become one of my go-to spots in the DMV area. Highly recommend!“

“This is the newest and greatest spot to grace Laurel Md. The atmosphere is amazing!!! The decor is absolutely beautiful.. The waiters, waitresses and bartenders just true amazing…THE FOOD!!!!!!! “Mannnnnn!! This place was ?, it's a hidden gem. We stumbled upon it last Thursday and they had a live band. Wow, she covered Erykah Badu and I've never in my life heard anyone cover Badu, it was fantastic!! The owner and staff was great and the food was delicious. No,it's not a restaurant but they had a pop up chef selling Dinners...amazing food! Now let's talk about the drinks....the bartender was enjoyable, kind and she understood what I needed!!! We had an incredible time and will be going back Thursday...don't let the appearance fool you, very quaint with good energy!!“
“I've been to District Alley on H St and District Alley on U St. The three owners Nate, Danielle and Marq are very hospitable and kind. The atmosphere is very welcoming. They have notable DJ's who spin at both spots, the drinks are on point and so is the food. I highly recommend you check them out.“

“really good, quality food and service at very fair prices- TJ (owner) was fantastic and takes care of each customer like they were his own family/friend. the suya, goat, fish, and plantains were all perfectly prepared and delicious. definitely highly recommend this spot not just for quality but also level of service from the owner/staff - A++ / 10 out of 10! *and they just got their liquor license as well!“
