“I had a great time as usual at The 5S Lounge in Laurel. I met a lot of Great people and business owners. They also have good bar food and the drinks are on point. It's always a vibe every time I go. If you're looking for a late night spot to have a great time with friends and family, pull up to The 5S Lounge.“

“This is a really good soul food restaurant, and I’m not sure why the ratings aren’t higher. I had the macaroni and cheese, which was fresh, creamy, and delicious. The greens were well-seasoned, the fried catfish was good, and the seafood salad was outstanding. I also tasted my man’s turkey wings, and they were great too. Overall, everything we tried was flavorful and satisfying. Definitely worth giving this place a try.“

We had a 10 out of 10 experience.
The young lady on the register gave us great customer service. She was friendly and welcoming, and super helpful.
The owner was in the building. He was greeting customers coming out to the front checking on us great hospitality.
But the food… 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
They were busy and we still got our food with within 15 minutes. Everything was hot and fresh, but even more than that it was all delicious.
We live about 40 minutes away and we plan to be back regularly.

“Let me say this the food is great but the service was horrible. We waited almost 45 mins before we received our food. The waitress informed us there was a larger party on the other side of the restaurant, and that is why our food was taking so long. A paying customer is a paying customer whether the party is large or small. I would like to give one more chance before I decide not to patronize this Hyattsville location again.“
