“I ordered the gyro roast beef to try this time, it takes a lot for me to change my order from a regular or double roast beef, but it looked good. However, I didn't get a gyro resemblant of the photo or any gyro I've ever had. Further looking online, and it also doesn't even look the same as photos of real life people's who also got one. It came with only the gyro sauce, no fixings, and instead of flat bread it was on a sub style bun. I looked at the info in app too and it shlaid it comes with lettuce, tomato, gyro sauce, and a couple other things, and the pic showed it clearly on flatbread/pita bread/naan. The fries were ice cold. I was there and watched then fill the fries so even if I ate my sandwich first, there should have been some warmth, there was none. I have eaten here one other time with my husband and the food was great. No issues. And could I have gone in and complained? Sure, but i was starving because it was lunch time and I hadn't eaten anything for the day yet by the time I got there around 1pm. So it was a big let down of an experience. If I ordered it again id check it looked right instead of leaving and going elsewhere to eat it.“

“First time there... Service was pretty good... place was clean and neat... unusual for Wendy's I've visited in Virginia. Food was pretty good... pricey. $46 for 2 adults, 2 kids.
Parking: Very tight... not much room. Backing out of a space can be dicey if the place is busy.“

“Our nonprofit organization meets twice a month in Leonardtown, Maryland. We order Subway sandwiches for our membership meeting. On May 7, I ordered our sandwiches from California while on vacation for a member to pick up in Maryland. The Subway app converted my 6:30 PM pick up in Maryland to 9:30 PM! When a member came to pick up the sandwiches they, of course, we're not ready. So he just ordered sandwiches and paid for them himself.
I contacted the store manager, Ms Collins. She was kind enough to give me credit for our next order. I emailed her my order of May 7. Ms Collins hand wrote out the order (no printer at store) for her staff to fill on May 28. That was certainly above and beyond! 5 STARS FOR MS.COLLINS, the store manager!“

“The manager I dealt with yesterday was very nice and helpful and she definitely made my experience the best I normally go to the Charlotte Hall location but was on the way to my sons house and after going here I think I’ll be switching cleaner and nicer here“
