“Order via phone. Customer service was the best thing about it. Was over charged per their menu of about $3 more. Online it stated they would charge 3 more of lo mein substitute instead of rice, so that was another $3 over the menu price. Food was standard tasting nothing special. Order was off too. Ordered cheese wonton and got something with meat in it. Ordered plain fried rice and got chicken fried rice with little flavoring. The general tso was mostly breading and sauce, and the broccoli wasn't cooked to softness. Will not go back.“

“Celebrating the new year with a group, I ordered multiple spare ribs orders that I wasn't serving until the next day. They gave me a large amount of good, meaty ribs - more importantly - they talked me through how to make sure they were delicious and juicy the next day - when I was serving them.

“Urban Deli popped onto our radar during a recent visit to Savannah and boy, are we glad it did! Everyone in the family loved their meals! The turkey bacon wrap caught my eye and absolutely delivered along with the caprese salad. Honestly, I'd go back and make a meal just out of their salads & sides. Whether you're exploring the city for the first time, or a long-time resident who has yet to stumble upon this establishment, run (don't walk) and get yourself a taste of the deliciousness that lies within! I eat out a lot, and I can honestly say Peter is hands down one of the best waiters I’ve ever had anywhere. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, funny, professional, and genuinely made the whole experience feel welcoming. He paid attention to every detail without making it feel forced, and you can tell he truly cares about people and takes pride in what he does. In a world where customer service is starting to disappear, Peter reminded me what GREAT service actually looks like.

And I also want to give a special shoutout to Linda. You can tell great leadership starts at the top. The entire staff was well-groomed, respectful, organized, and on point. The atmosphere felt smooth, positive, and professional, and that doesn’t happen by accident. Linda clearly has this team operating at a high level.

Parking: That parking is very bad, I wish they could move to a nicer place.

Wheelchair accessibility: I didn't see any people park were they want, and I need the handi cap“

“Came for a delivery 9 am appt in a door and out in 30 mins. Was a partial load and no other trucks attempting deliveries. But I did overnight with no issue.

Blue circle was a couple spots open at night to back into.

Red circle For Panera check in is in corner of building no signs. Just a door with a doorbell. The other company that operates out the same building check in is in front of building.

Four stars because no real signage and didn’t see a bathroom. I pulled into left side coming off the road but makes sense to pull into the right side that way you don’t have to turn around once in the back but if you over night well you’ll have to spin the truck around anyways.“

“This place has amazing food they have a variety of different of delicious Chinese cuisine. They are extremely friendly and it's just an overall the best takeout place I've been going to. And my go-to's are the Beef and Broccoli combo (Btw it comes with a free side of rice, varying on what size you ordered the B&B in.), their tasty egg rolls, and the Beef Lo Mein!“

“I've ordered takeout from this place three times and every time it was FANTASTIC. The food is delicious, the portions are plentiful, it's a *little* on the expensive side but I think it is well worth the money for the quality of food. My favorite item by far is the scallion and egg fried rice! The staff is also very kind and accommodating.“

“I gave 4 stars because only because of the Latina ladies was sweetheart. She had no problem making sure that I received the extras I had ordered. She also packaged my items the way I asked event hough her co-worker kept intervening.

Cashier was terribly slow, so the ordering process was slower than desired. The plus was that he remembered to ask me for my member #.“
