“Absolutely beautiful place. We came in on a Wednesday evening. The outside is lit up so gorgeously and it reflects off the water. My date and I felt so cozy.We had so much to look at from the super cool aquarium, to the really unique and pretty chandelier in the dinning room. The decor is stunning. The bathrooms are cozy and cute too. Not a detail missed.Amanda was our waitress and she took incredible care of us. Talked to us about the place and served us so well, we never needed for anything. The food was out of this world. I wanted to take a tuna tartar to go! Lol!I can't wait to come on a warm summer night and try out the deck and drinks, and more tuna tartar.“

“We had a large dinner party at Gunther and Co and the consensus of the group was that we would all be back. The food was so delicious! Even the simple dishes were done so well. We ordered the pork chop and the halibut, but everyone got something different. The apps and cocktails were also well crafted and delicious. And our server took our app and dinner orders at the same time to make sure everything came out in a timely manner. There was a never a moment where we were wondering where the food was. She was knowledgeable about the dishes and the drinks and was so kind. This place was immaculate from start to finish and we can’t wait to go back!“
“I have lived in the area since 2008. I would drive by this place for years and say "I need to stop by there and try that place out!" Well, I finally did in 2023! Great hometown diner spot! It's got a home type of feel, and the restaurant looks like it probably did back in the 1970s! Prices are very reasonable. The food is good! I was surprised that the Burger here is HUGE and has that classic char grilled taste! The Chicken Monterrey is very good! They have a well priced Country Fried Steak. The Cream of Crab Soup here is EXCELLENT when they have it available. Good Sandwiches, and the waitresses refill my Iced Tea without having to ask! :) I come here like every other week now for lunch! Highly recommend!“

Idk bout the reviews but it's a mom pop and son biz, if you were running a restaurant and everyone's multitasking you'd want grace, so give them grace, bc if it was you you'd understand. The mom is the cook, cleaner and all Around great person, she don't say much, but I feel the love, and why yall need to talk to her anyway she working. Bc I saw a few reviews talking about her cut it out. The food is authentic, energy authentic, everything authentic. The portions are crazy for carry out and even larger for dine in. I LOVE IT. “We had the privilege of attending the 'I used to be Irish' Poe house fundraiser tonight at the Annabel Lee Tavern and we were thoroughly impressed and pleased with the entire experience. The drinks were excellent and plentiful, the food was delicious and I cannot even begin to wax poetic about the staff. We never had to wait longer than a few moments, we felt well taken care of and they really went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed the experience.“

“My daughter and I started with beer, cocktail and appetizer of bread & butter with cheese which was good, but two medium size slices of bread for $8 is way over priced. We had the house burgers with a salad and french fries, which were very good. We both decided to get milkshakes to go. I got a white chocolate and she got an Oreo shake. They were small, not thick and I have had much better milk shakes. Definitely not worth the $8 a piece. Service was so so, but I believe the waitress was covering the whole restaurant. Under the circumstances she did a good job.“
“My brother in law kept telling me how good the onion rings were but I hesitated to go, when I finally got around to going I am glad I did because I thoroughly enjoyed them. They were not thick like the traditional ones they were more like shoe string onion rings. I was also surprised to see a beyond burger on the menu which was pretty good, I should have asked for more sauce on the burger but nonetheless I would go back again.“

My husband and I decided to give this spot a try because of the good reviews, it didn't disappoint. We were waited on quickly, they handed us menus and showed us there is a board of specials. I ordered the fried shrimp with two sides, everything was cooked perfectly and nicely seasoned. My husband got the Steam shrimp with potatoes and onions and the portion was perfect, cooked well, and easy to peel. I just kept saying I couldn't believe we didn't try this place sooner! Server is very attentive and refilled our drinks whenever it was getting low, kept asking if we needed anything. The prices are excellent! “Best crab cake I’ve ever had. Impeccable service. Although the cream of crab soup was a little salty, it was still good. The nachos were piled high and delicious. The augratin potatoes oozed with cheese. The salmon was good, but a little too salty. The asparagus was delicious as well as the mashed potatoes and quesadillas. The seafood sampler was amazing. We loved view as we celebrated a birthday. Don’t forget to order the hot yummy dinner rolls.“
