“I had a large catering order for a construction meeting in DC. They asked for something new. Since I love Julep's, I brought some for my customers. Emily was great from start to finish and helped me make a good menu. I asked for the order to be ready by 1030am and they made it happen. Everyone loved the food. You don't win friends with salad. “This was my second time dining at The Lodge and the food was fantastic both times. I love the comfy booths and the quiet atmosphere there. Everyone from the host to the waiters are very friendly and efficient. My only complaint is that the waiters are very pushy about trying to get you to order extra things that you do not want. First I was offered 2 different kinds of water in fancy bottles, regular and sparking, which I'm sure were more expensive than the tap water that I requested. It was presented not as an option, but "which one do you choose?" I didn't fall for that one. Then we were told about a special drink that was available - no thanks. Next was a special crab appetizer that was described to us and then we were asked if we were "sold on it?" We were not interested. Then a wine was recommended before we even ordered. My friend already knew what kind of wine she planned to order and I don't drink! And then when we finished our meal our waiter told us that we could get some ribs to take home with us at a special price! He just would not give up trying to sell us extra food to try and make the bill higher! We didn't appreciate it and it put a damper on our dining experience! The food there is excellent, however it is very pricey. We love the ambiance there and the food, however the pushy wait staff has made us think twice about returning!“

“I would highly recommend going and when you go ask for a woman named Cory to be your server. She greeted my family and I right at the entrance and made us feel right at home. I’d say she was close to a kind reader as it comes because she basically knew what we needed before we ever said anything. Our drinks stayed filled and any questions about the menu we had she had the answers. The food came out quickly and was delicious. We will be showing our faces again and will be making Cory our regular server.“

Very impressive ?she said she's a school teacher and is used to memorizing so many names and faces. I forgot her name but she's a very nice person! We came in for our wedding anniversary last evening. Caroline I believe het name was took cgood care of us. She was very sweet, professional and attentive! The food was excellent. My husband had the salmon BLT which he enjoyed and I had the Bistro Steak Frites and it was perfect and delicious just as it was the last time! The gentleman who was assisting the staff ( either owner or mgr) very kindly came and replaced my dish with the correct one. Someone else had ordered it but to a different doneness. The entire staff was warm and friendly, from the servers to the mgr, owner, and hostesses. We will definitely be back and want to bring our friends whom we told about your restaurant. “Great restaurant, family friendly, live music, great service. We went on Mother's day and the live music was amazing! There were multiple large families with children and it was truly a great experience. We went with just four of us and we could chat but otherwise listened to the great music and enjoyed our food immensely! The service was super friendly. The bathrooms were clean as well. We had a great parking spot right in the front. We didn't experience the bar area. The food was really good and they had great kid friendly options. Our waitress was great!“

“Spurrier's Restaurant and Lounge has an incredible view and surroundings from both in and out. I just spent but a day there, and I had an incredible time. The surroundings were neat and there were ample parking lot. Staff were polite, professional, and helpful. They do sell snacks. A special occasion gave me the chance to visit and to explore what do they offer. You can book a reservation. Stairs and elevator are available but I prefer using my legs. You can't miss it. It's within the city, and businesses are all around. I didn't order any food from there, so I don't know how their food taste, but what I can say is that the occasion I was invited to, the food was great. The food is more traditional based on the event. But overall, the staff were excellent and they did their very best to get everyone situated and to feel at home. ?

We had several special requests, and every time the response was “let me see if we can do that.” It just so happened that they could accommodate all of our requests. The food was fantastic as always. But the real magic happened at the end of the meal – just as we were asking for the check, there was a medical incident with one of our kids. All available staff immediately came to our rescue with resources and reassurances and enough bodies to create a privacy wall while we stabilized the situation, and I was able to get our kiddo bundled up and in the car in a hurry while my spouse payed the check.“

I believe this is the best place to eat at Arundel Mills. The food is great, lot of alcohol selection, waiter adequately checks in (shout out to Shaun), and food comes out quick. The atmosphere is lively and works for formal or casual outings.

I ordered the sweet and spicy shrimp (only like 530 calories and 36g of protein). This definitely will be my go to dish from here now, got plenty of shrimp and it was well flavored.

The only negative thing was unable to order several items on the beer tap menu with waiter (couldn't find them) but everything else made up for it.

There's also likely to be a wait to sit down, so recommend calling ahead or joining their online wait-list.“

Our food came out hot and correct, the entire staff seemed to work together so well and a manager walking around checking in with guests. Our server Brandi was beyond amazing.
