The generous portions and wide variety of delicious, healthy vegetable toppings make it the best fast casual restaurant we've visited with the most topping options, including fantastic unique choices like caramelized eggplant. The falafel is the best I've ever tasted, the velvety hummus is superb, and the pita bread is fresh and fluffy. The falafel bowls are a perfect meatless meal for vegetarians, vegans, and Lent.
