“Just did the cupcake monster decorating class at the Waldorf location and they were so sweet. My daughter asked for mermaid decorations and Chef Tai put some chocolate into a mold and into the freezer on the fly. She also did bats and ghosts on request, it was so, so sweet. Kids (4 and 3) loved it, and super tasty, too! Will definitely be back!“

“I ordered some dairy free cookies because I lost my brother unexpectedly this week. He was only 34 and was just craving a chocolate chip cookie. Unfortunately, the store did not have the items I ordered, the employee called and explained. Then they didn’t have the right number of cookies available. They were super apologetic and offered to make some fresh ones. I am pleasantly surprised by the thoughtfulness both in adding the note and adding more cookies, they were so warm and delightful.

Plus they offer coffee and breakfast! . The Fall Gelatis are our go-to desserts. I just wish they would post the flavors of the day online, but that would be hard because there are so many!“

“Came to DC with my 9 year old for a concert. When we stepped out, we smelled something most delicious and followed the scent all the way here. It was incredible. Then the attendant said they can scoop ice cream on top of their cookies. And THEN it became insane. Best cookies ever!“

“I had a great experience at Crumbl last week thanks to an employee I believe was named Camilla-(She was Hispanic?) One of the other employees accidentally messed up my order, but she quickly stepped in and corrected it without any hassle. She greeted me warmly when I came in, made me feel welcome, and even offered to help if I needed anything else. “The Bowls and smoothies are my fav but the customer service is not it Everytime i come in they just stare at u and wait for you to say something. I never get greeted with little smile . I try to reciprocate good energy but idk the workers seem a lil miserable“

“I came across this chocolate shop while shopping in Georgetown, and I decided to check it out. I ordered a large hot chocolate- and I'm sure glad I did. The hot chocolate was the single best hot chocolate I may have had in my life. The drink was rich with flavor unlike other hot chocolates I have had through the years at chain coffee shops or the powdered stuff you make at home. The price for a large was a bit over 10 dollars - so be prepared for a bit of sticker shock. At first, I thought the cost was ridiculous, but the drink lived up to the cost. I'm looking forward to my next trip to Georgetown so I can stop in again.“
