“As long as it's a sub that you're looking for, Subway sub shops are pretty reasonable choice. You get to pick your ingredients, and you can even pay for extra cheese or extra meat if you're feeling like it. They have I believe five different kinds of breads you can choose from which is pretty good. I've been going to subways for over 30 years, and have yet to run across one where I wasn't happy when I left it. That's consistency. I know they're all individually owned but still they managed to do a pretty darn good job. Worth the trip.“

“Oh my.. The perfect post workout meal. I recommend getting the London Broil to treat yourself. From the soft bread to the perfectly cooked meat, you can't go wrong with Bon Fresco. If you are also into soup, I recommend trying their tomato soup. It goes super well with the London Broil.“

“My family and I have enjoyed Devens Deli for a few decades now. Deven, Hetal and the rest of the staff are absolutely amazing people who make amazing food. When my family comes to town and I tell them I know where to get the best shrimp salad sandwich, they go back to Virginia knowing the place to go is Devens Deli. The Soft shell crab sandwich is awesome and a good price, as is the fantastic crab cakes (which can give any of those “4 star restaurants” a run for their money) 🦀👍. Hetal makes THE BEST chocolate eggs around the Easter season and my son and I made it a tradition to get them every year!! My cousins wedding was catered by Devens, I suggest you keep them in mind when having any event👍🤩“

tight inside when placing your order, the amount of food on my order was adequate,we at outside at a picnic table the have around the back of the restaurant.

“The food was good. They had background music playing extremely loud and the lady working the counter spoke very softly so it was hard to hear her questions. The music was so loud we could not even talk while we ate our lunch. As other people came in we noticed they were also asking for things to be repeated a few times. “Delicious food & Great Customer Service!! I stopped here on Monday 9/23, and was greeted by the manager Jessica/Jessi and her awesome and friendly team! It was our first visit, but definitely not our last! Jessica suggested a few menu items, and made us delicious milk shakes!! We ordered two regular sandwiches and board walk fries! The sandwiches were loaded with meat, and very filling! The fries were piping hot, and the milkshake was hand-spun and made in front of us! We dined in, Pepperjacks is a clean looking & cozy establishment with great music! Overall great experience! Two sandwiches, fries & two milkshakes for $21! Check out this locations happy hour everyday between 2-5.. they offer $1.50 fries, and milkshakes (all varieties)!“

“A couple days a week me and my group of individuals w/intellectual disabilities come here for lunch. Tay the lady that works here is so nice and friendly with my group. Makes our subs doesn’t have a problem with our orders. She speaks clearly so we all understand and has a friendly smile on her face. I do my best to only come when she is working. The others that work there are not friendly and don’t seem to know what they are doing. The manager seems like she has an attitude so we stay clear from them. “This was my first visit, my cousin recommended it to me. I ordered the corn beef on rye. It was good very good. Only thing it wasn’t as big compared to other corn beef sandwiches I’ve have. It was pricey but I’m guessing because it’s in the casino. If you don’t require lots of meat it’s worth it. It was clean and friendly. The ordering process is easy only thing the machine doesn’t allow you to choose your cheese.“

“We were on a trip on Christmas Day, and my family was beyond hungry on this day and obviously nothing was open due to the holiday, but praise our Lord Father God we found this subway open as we were traveling and was able to stop and eat. “Look I'm not a huge fan of Jimmy John's food but I decided to give them another shot. I have to say unfortunately I'm still not a fan of it. With that being said the employees were friendly, the restaurant was very clean, and my meal was fresh. I sort of feel bad for giving them a 4 stars instead of five but I simply can't get over the price. A drink, sub, chips, and a brownie on the promo come out to $15. If we compare them to fast food then using deals on apps you can either get more food or the same amount of food for less money at competitors. If we compare them to fast casual restaurants then sure $15 isn't bad but you are getting much higher quality food at pretty much every fast causal restaurant. If my meal was about $2-3 cheaper I would feel more comfortable giving them a 5 stars.“

“I have visited this shop twice and I am extremely satisfied with the service and the food was exceptional. I had no idea that they actually made fresh croutons for the salad so if I could give it more than five stars I would. Take this review seriously as I am the pickiest person you will ever meet. I got the Mediterranean salad and the staff had no problem using a new set of gloves as I have allergies. Delicious to the max. I am vegetarian and I don't like people that prepare my food touching meat and then touching my food (religious purposes) so I asked if they could change their gloves and they happily did so, also washed the knife without me asking. This poor kid answered and was there all by himself. He had a $1,000 catering order to handle in addition to online, walk ins etc. He was not having a good day. Shame on management for leaving this kid all by himself to be put in this position. If he’s a manager, he’s an asset to this store running it all alone. Hope your day got better, man! They're nice and you get what you ordered then. Yeah it's five stars.This place usually isn't busy and we can get in and out for a quick pick up, my vegetarian wife finds it's essential to order in person in order to get a full sandwich full of lettuce and cucumbers and a few other veggies. If she orders online just like any other subway sandwich is not really full.I personally like their subway club, the Italian, I just had the tuna (pic), and the Beast (pic). I was surprised the tuna was really good.One trick for ordering here or any sandwich shop, get no dressing then take it home and use Italian salad dressing out of the fridge . “I've eaten at Jersey Mike's almost every week for the past two months and it's not just because their sandwiches are good, but their service is always excellent and very friendly!
Fast food service from other places have been extremely poor or even hostile. Everyone is out of everything, their soda machine doesn't work, they won't customize your order, they have no customer service skills which makes the exchange confusing or makes me feel embarrassed for even asking things. I know minimum wage is tragically low and I don't expect folks to go above an beyond, but the bare minimum would be nice. I never say anything because they already seem so angry, so I don't want to antagonize them. I just sadly accept my incorrect order and move along. Often if I do say something, they act confused or straight up refuse to fix anything.
Jersey Mike's is the exact opposite and this one specifically always has plenty of people working, they're all smiling and happy to greet you, and they can hold a regular back and forth conversation. There's nothing awkward or confusing about the ordering process and everything goes so quick and smoothly. If there's a mistake, they're happy to fix it. I love this place and have come back numerous times for the customer service alone.“

“Great service & food. When my husband and I went in the door we were greeted by one of the staff. We were undecided about what we wanted to eat and one of the employees suggested the Philly chicken cheesesteak. He said it was really good so we decided to go with that and he was right on point. We were served and received our food really quickly. The food was excellent.

“Courteous staff, spotless clean store within a larger clean and neat store. Appreciate it being open 24 hours; haven't been there during the wee hours of the morning but I'd guess it's as clean, the staff just as attentive as during the middle of the day or mid-evening.“

There are usually the same two sandwich artists working there every day and they are probably the best sandwich artists I've ever had the privilege of being served by. This specific subway has increased my subway consumption from once a year to more than once a month. The artists are probably worth 5 artists each as well. Keep up the great work y'all!“
