“Felt the need to leave a review because this place had a pretty low rating, but we decided to try it out anyway after seeing most people’s complaints were with the customer service and not the food itself. Had a perfectly average and positive experience here like I’d expect at any average subway(at least what you’d hope to expect). The service was good and I was pleased to find the steak wasn’t nasty as I’ve found some places occasionally serving nasty batches of steak meat that tasted off or was fatty/had too much connective tissue. I would definitely come back again. Thoroughly satisfied the subway craving 👌🏻“

“My family and I have enjoyed Devens Deli for a few decades now. Deven, Hetal and the rest of the staff are absolutely amazing people who make amazing food. When my family comes to town and I tell them I know where to get the best shrimp salad sandwich, they go back to Virginia knowing the place to go is Devens Deli. The Soft shell crab sandwich is awesome and a good price, as is the fantastic crab cakes (which can give any of those “4 star restaurants” a run for their money) 🦀👍. Hetal makes THE BEST chocolate eggs around the Easter season and my son and I made it a tradition to get them every year!! My cousins wedding was catered by Devens, I suggest you keep them in mind when having any event👍🤩“

“The three person staff was absolutely on top of everything. These were the best hotdogs I’ve had in a long time. The hot dogs are fried to deliciousness. I had mine the classic way. The milkshakes are thick and delicious, but the staff is really where it’s at. Kind, helpful, and fun the staff really brings it to work.“

“I tried the Nashville hot chicken sandwich a couple weeks ago. Thought it was fantastic. We did it again last night and was super disappointed. “I have a Great Love of McAlister's and could not believe Maryland has one. I was in the area and ran to make sure it was the real deal. Upon entering I was welcomed by the enthusiastic Sam & ordered quite a bit in my excitement. The stars of my order were the BLTA(extra avocado & bacon) and the red beans & rice. The food was so gooooooddd, I returned the following day. The customer service from Angela and Sam made the experience top tier and I will most definitely be returning again.“

“The food was good. They had background music playing extremely loud and the lady working the counter spoke very softly so it was hard to hear her questions. The music was so loud we could not even talk while we ate our lunch. As other people came in we noticed they were also asking for things to be repeated a few times. Another customer, around 25 yrs old commented to us that the music was too loud.

Parking: The parking lot is narrow and has constant traffic, making it difficult to get in and out.“

“Delicious food & Great Customer Service!! I stopped here on Monday 9/23, and was greeted by the manager Jessica/Jessi and her awesome and friendly team! It was our first visit, but definitely not our last! Jessica suggested a few menu items, and made us delicious milk shakes!! We ordered two regular sandwiches and board walk fries! The sandwiches were loaded with meat, and very filling! The fries were piping hot, and the milkshake was hand-spun and made in front of us! We dined in, Pepperjacks is a clean looking & cozy establishment with great music! Overall great experience! Two sandwiches, fries & two milkshakes for $21! Check out this locations happy hour everyday between 2-5.. they offer $1.50 fries, and milkshakes (all varieties)!“

“Did a mobile order and while waiting for my order, the cashier made sure I was taken off... while the cashier was taking another other... the young woman handing out the orders made sure I was taken care of... she she stepped away for not even 10 seconds... a young man from the back checked to see if I was taken care. I genuinely appreciate all three of them.“

“Ordered a footlong roast beef sandwich. Relaxed atmosphere and pretty clean. The workers were definitely generous with the amount of roast beef and cheese that they put on the sandwich. Nice amount of toppings, too, and very fresh. Overall, it was a great experience, and the food, drinks, and chips were delicious. The price justifies the large serving of food you get. With that being said the employees were friendly, the restaurant was very clean, and my meal was fresh. I sort of feel bad for giving them a 4 stars instead of five but I simply can't get over the price. A drink, sub, chips, and a brownie on the promo come out to $15. If we compare them to fast food then using deals on apps you can either get more food or the same amount of food for less money at competitors. If we compare them to fast casual restaurants then sure $15 isn't bad but you are getting much higher quality food at pretty much every fast causal restaurant. If my meal was about $2-3 cheaper I would feel more comfortable giving them a 5 stars.“

“This was my first time trying Subway’s breakfast. I loved my steak, egg and cheese sandwich. Jana has the type of personality you want to encounter in the mornings. As I sat and ate in the restaurant I saw the personal attentiveness she gave to each person who came in. She is an all around kind person and I look forward to coming back because of her!“

“Got lunch here so I could sample their toasted sandwiches. Glad I did. This is a fast food restaurant so we are not talking about Michelin stars. But that aside it was very good. I got the roast beef and cheddar and I will come back and try the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. My order was taken quickly and was prepared soon after that. They had booths, counter seating and round tables. It was clean and quiet and pleasant to dine in. The price was appropriate for a fast food sandwich.“

“This was my first visit, my cousin recommended it to me. I ordered the corn beef on rye. It was good very good. Only thing it wasn’t as big compared to other corn beef sandwiches I’ve have. It was pricey but I’m guessing because it’s in the casino. If you don’t require lots of meat it’s worth it. It was clean and friendly. The ordering process is easy only thing the machine doesn’t allow you to choose your cheese.“

“Been going to this place for years. It’s like comfort food for me. I love the general tso chicken and their steak and cheese are always packed full and delicious. Wings are fresh, hot, and crispy. Their mumbo sauce always hits and has never changed. They do charge for extra for sauce but can’t even be mad about that because big chains are doing it too. It’s always the same lady that’s there and she even remembers my order.“

“This is probably the best subway in the city/county if not the state. There are usually the same two sandwich artists working there every day and they are probably the best sandwich artists I've ever had the privilege of being served by. “The bread and fixings are always fresh and tasty. The service is another thing. There is a server there by the name of Viney who is rude, unkept, and basically throws your sub together. My advise is to eat there as long as Viney isn't serving.“

That is, primarily carry-out but with three or four tables if you want to eat there. The coupons of late (in 2020) have been great; examples are $5.99 for almost all foot-long sub and $12.99 for two foot-long subs. Desserts are limited to cookies but we rarely indulge.“

“This is for the Baltimore Airport location and I don't know the address. Evidently, they are a chain. We don't have them in California. I had a layover and needed some food. They made a sandwich to order- lots of meat and a meal indeed. Prices was very reasonable for an airport. Staff was "can do" and the sandwich was great. I would definitely try one of their other restaurants again based on this experience.“
