“Felt the need to leave a review because this place had a pretty low rating, but we decided to try it out anyway after seeing most people’s complaints were with the customer service and not the food itself. Had a perfectly average and positive experience here like I’d expect at any average subway(at least what you’d hope to expect). The service was good and I was pleased to find the steak wasn’t nasty as I’ve found some places occasionally serving nasty batches of steak meat that tasted off or was fatty/had too much connective tissue. I would definitely come back again. Thoroughly satisfied the subway craving 👌🏻“

“As long as it's a sub that you're looking for, Subway sub shops are pretty reasonable choice. You get to pick your ingredients, and you can even pay for extra cheese or extra meat if you're feeling like it. They have I believe five different kinds of breads you can choose from which is pretty good. I've been going to subways for over 30 years, and have yet to run across one where I wasn't happy when I left it. That's consistency. I know they're all individually owned but still they managed to do a pretty darn good job. Worth the trip.“

“My family and I have enjoyed Devens Deli for a few decades now. Deven, Hetal and the rest of the staff are absolutely amazing people who make amazing food. When my family comes to town and I tell them I know where to get the best shrimp salad sandwich, they go back to Virginia knowing the place to go is Devens Deli. The Soft shell crab sandwich is awesome and a good price, as is the fantastic crab cakes (which can give any of those “4 star restaurants” a run for their money) 🦀👍. Hetal makes THE BEST chocolate eggs around the Easter season and my son and I made it a tradition to get them every year!! My cousins wedding was catered by Devens, I suggest you keep them in mind when having any event👍🤩“

“Oh my.. The perfect post workout meal. I recommend getting the London Broil to treat yourself. From the soft bread to the perfectly cooked meat, you can't go wrong with Bon Fresco. If you are also into soup, I recommend trying their tomato soup. It goes super well with the London Broil.“

“I tried the Nashville hot chicken sandwich a couple weeks ago. Thought it was fantastic. We did it again last night and was super disappointed. I don't know if we ordered something incorrectly or it was made wrong. It seemed like there was no sauce at all. but we have ordered several times since then so 🤷 one off night but that sandwich has become my go to when ordering there.“

“Small, cute little restaurant. I only had a chocolate banana milkshake, but it was AMAZING! I have a moderate milk protein allergy, so I felt a little bit of discomfort and decided to skip my run the following morning to be safe, and guess what? STILL WORTH IT! “The food was good. They had background music playing extremely loud and the lady working the counter spoke very softly so it was hard to hear her questions. The music was so loud we could not even talk while we ate our lunch. As other people came in we noticed they were also asking for things to be repeated a few times. Another customer, around 25 yrs old commented to us that the music was too loud.

Parking: The parking lot is narrow and has constant traffic, making it difficult to get in and out.“

“I dine here often due to its close proximity to my office. The staff is super friendly, the prices are reasonable, and the food is always delicious. I try to support local sandwich shops and delis as much as possible, and I hope others will as well.“

“I pass 2 Subways to come here because the service is good and the restaurant is really clean. I really love the fact that they was their hands after touching anything that's not the food. This is the best Subway in the area. The one on Arundel Mills Blvd is good as well. Can't go wrong with either location.“

It was our first visit, but definitely not our last! Jessica suggested a few menu items, and made us delicious milk shakes!! We ordered two regular sandwiches and board walk fries! The sandwiches were loaded with meat, and very filling! The fries were piping hot, and the milkshake was hand-spun and made in front of us! We dined in, Pepperjacks is a clean looking & cozy establishment with great music! Overall great experience! Two sandwiches, fries & two milkshakes for $21! Check out this locations happy hour everyday between 2-5.. they offer $1.50 fries, and milkshakes (all varieties)!“

“We were on a trip on Christmas Day, and my family was beyond hungry on this day and obviously nothing was open due to the holiday, but praise our Lord Father God we found this subway open as we were traveling and was able to stop and eat. The employee that was working that night was truly kind to us and we were served very efficiently.“

“This was my first visit, my cousin recommended it to me. I ordered the corn beef on rye. It was good very good. Only thing it wasn’t as big compared to other corn beef sandwiches I’ve have. It was pricey but I’m guessing because it’s in the casino. If you don’t require lots of meat it’s worth it. It was clean and friendly. The ordering process is easy only thing the machine doesn’t allow you to choose your cheese.“

“This review is for Xander (I’m pretty sure that’s his name) and him, alone. I ordered online to have food delivered. 2 hours later, still no food. This poor kid answered and was there all by himself. He had a $1,000 catering order to handle in addition to online, walk ins etc. He was not having a good day. Shame on management for leaving this kid all by himself to be put in this position. If he’s a manager, he’s an asset to this store running it all alone. Hope your day got better, man! “We have been visiting this Subway for at least once or twice a month over the past several years. It is a typical Subway restaurant. That is, primarily carry-out but with three or four tables if you want to eat there. The coupons of late (in 2020) have been great; examples are $5.99 for almost all foot-long sub and $12.99 for two foot-long subs. Desserts are limited to cookies but we rarely indulge.“

“Look I'm not a huge fan of Jimmy John's food but I decided to give them another shot. I have to say unfortunately I'm still not a fan of it. With that being said the employees were friendly, the restaurant was very clean, and my meal was fresh. I sort of feel bad for giving them a 4 stars instead of five but I simply can't get over the price. A drink, sub, chips, and a brownie on the promo come out to $15. If we compare them to fast food then using deals on apps you can either get more food or the same amount of food for less money at competitors. If we compare them to fast casual restaurants then sure $15 isn't bad but you are getting much higher quality food at pretty much every fast causal restaurant. If my meal was about $2-3 cheaper I would feel more comfortable giving them a 5 stars.“

“I attended around noon on Friday, 5/23/25. This is a model Jersey Mike's. I am a religious Jersey Mike's patron and this was far and away the best I have ever attended. The woman who made my sandwich was so precise. Each slice carefully arranged on the bread. I have been waiting for someone to care enough for this! Normally I have to just remake my sandwich afterwards to make the meat even. The gentlemen doing toppings and register were delightful too. The toppings guy was able to do the juice from a foot or two above the sandwich! The music was also excellent!“

“A couple days a week me and my group of individuals w/intellectual disabilities come here for lunch. Tay the lady that works here is so nice and friendly with my group. Makes our subs doesn’t have a problem with our orders. She speaks clearly so we all understand and has a friendly smile on her face. I do my best to only come when she is working. The others that work there are not friendly and don’t seem to know what they are doing. The manager seems like she has an attitude so we stay clear from them. Just wanted to make sure she is rewarded for her hospitality and does her job well!!“

“I have visited this shop twice and I am extremely satisfied with the service and the food was exceptional. I had no idea that they actually made fresh croutons for the salad so if I could give it more than five stars I would. Take this review seriously as I am the pickiest person you will ever meet. I got the Mediterranean salad and the staff had no problem using a new set of gloves as I have allergies. Delicious to the max. “Typical Subway restaurant. I did have one issue when I placed an order via the app. The app indicated my order was ready. I went to pick it up and it was not even made, the order receipt was still on the printer. Then in the middle of making my order, the lady stopped and took an order of someone who walked in...“

“The bread and fixings are always fresh and tasty. The service is another thing. There is a server there by the name of Viney who is rude, unkept, and basically throws your sub together. My advise is to eat there as long as Viney isn't serving.“
