The man who picked up the phone was so accommodating and made sure that the customized message had the correct spelling of my name. They are a bit pricey but that is to be expected at a bakery. The baker and the decorator did a great job. They bake the cake a day or two before and then on the day of pick up the ice and decorate the cakes.“

I usually like a custard flavored taiyaki, but the chocolate won me over with its amazingly strong chocolate flavor. I also had the an/red bean flavored filling, which was generously spilling out. Also delicious. Hard to choose which is the best flavor, so why not go for all 3. You can't go wrong. Only wish you were open on a weekday... As an aside, the customer service was equally as great. “This place is adorable! I went to use the self service kiosk and my son wanted a newer flavor of donut that wasn’t loaded into the kiosk yet so Dahn came up and helped us. She was super sweet and helpful. Thankfully, she let us know that the donut my son picked was peach flavored…my son doesn’t like peach so he chose a strawberry milk donut instead and he loved it so much he wanted me to buy him another one!
